Chapter 1

Ravenpaw woke up to the morning sun of greenleaf, Firepaw, a kittypet that came to the forest the night before and Bluestar named apprentice was still sleeping soundly, Graypaw sleeping beside the ginger tom. Ravenpaw walked out of the apprentice den to see his mentor, Tigerclaw talking with ThunderClan's deputy, Redtail. Once Tigerclaw noticed the black tom he called him over. " Coming Tigerclaw!" Ravenpaw said. He padded over and sat next to his mentor. " So how we doing in training Ravenpaw?" Tigerclaw asked. " Better, Tigerclaw said my fighting moves have gotten better and my hunting is also improved!" Ravenpaw happily said. " That's great Ravenpaw! Dustpaw is doing better too and I think Bluestar is thinking about you warrior ceremony in about three moons." Redtail meowed. " Really?" Ravenpaw mewed. " Yes she did." Redtail replied. " Wow Ravenpaw that would be great!" Tigerclaw said. "Anyway can you go with Tigerclaw on his hunting patrol later? Go ahead and have Firepaw and Graypaw to go too." Redtail asked but before Ravenpaw could answer Tigerclaw cut in " No way! I'm not that kittypets mentor!" He screamed. This stirred up the attention of the Clan."Tigerclaw please." Redtail said. " No Redtail! I'm not going with that kittypet!" Tigerclaw hissed.

" Fine me and Blustar will take him training but you better not do this again Tigerclaw!" Redtail hissed in reply.
