Daisuke: "...Hello...?"
Daisuke (nervously): "...H-hellooo?"
Daisuke (nervously): "...Is there anyone out t-there...?"
[He's expelling his quiet voice around the foyer aimlessly, in hopes that at least someone behind the door or even out there in the hallway responds. To no avail. He feels like he has to place his hands on the back of his neck to feel somewhat safe, along with be prepared to curl into a ball when the time calls for it. Which is fair, since he is kind of a sitting duck standing here like this.]
Daisuke I.D.: Okay... you know what? Just relax. Keep doing what you were doing before. Assess the situation... figure out what's going on.
[Daisuke takes his hands off his neck momentarily. He takes a quick glance at his surroundings yet again, deciphering its secret meaning, figuring exactly what the situation calls for. He has a picture-perfect idea of what's really going on here...]
Daisuke "..."
[Not.]
Daisuke I.D.: SHIT I'M BEING SOLD TO THE BLACK MARKET—
[The thought makes his shrink up more than before. That is before he actually comes to his senses with a reasonable conclusion this time.]
Daisuke I.D.: This must all be a misunderstanding... right? Is it careless staff? Or did I have some medical blackout? ...or this is just my dumb luck again.
[No matter how much one can imagine the possibilities, it's clear that in this scenario, the only option is to move forward. When he really thinks about it, there's not much that could go wrong in this scenario. Besides getting in trouble for something. Or getting jumped. Or shot. But why would the school do that?]
[The light reflecting off from the tiled floor slowly got dimmer as he trudged into the darkness. Lockers seemed miles away now, the sound of silence is getting louder. The glaring bright door gradually turns into a bit of a white dot. He moved his hand up to his face, but he couldn't detect its shape anymore. It was quite literally pitch black. At this point, it was very likely he would run into a wall. It's not like this would greatly concern him though. After all, incidences ranging from tripping into a pile of feces to near death have happened to him before, and he's still alive to tell the tales. That doesn't mean it's gonna happen right away, who knows how long this path goes. Now, contrary to his thoughts literally two seconds, he starts to think that everything could go horribly wrong in this scenario. The question was... what?]
[Finally, Daisuke detected another light. The light you would see under a door when the room behind it was lit up with a light switch. Some hope! Where there's a bright room, there has to be people. On instinct, he ran towards it, only to fumble with his feet and trip at the last moment, smacking his chin on the cold, hard floor.]
Daisuke: "O-ow!!"
[Recouping from yet another fall, he was surprised his head didn't hit the doorway or something. But looking up, he can see the enlightened area of the school in the small slit between the doors and floor. It wasn't a good view, but the checkered floor is nicely polished. Another plus. Wasting no more time, he stood up and felt for the handles of the doors to pull them open. Except there were no handles. He keeps trying to pull on something that feels like a handle, only for that thing to not exist at all. More importantly, the doors wouldn't budge. All that did was make loud repetitive creaking noises. The door itself is made of metal too, and some quick knocks go to show that it's thick as a brick. Basically, there's no way out as there is in at the moment.]
