"Camping?!"
You were scrolling through YouTube, trying to find something nice to watch, when you came across an old video of you and your classmates in your third year of high school.
"It's...us!"
You smile, watching as familiar memories run through your mind, making you smile with each one.
You kinda disliked the trip at the actual mountain campsite though, since you hated outdoor activities and it was too hot at that time too. However, the ride to the site was most memorable and brought back the best memories.
Some years ago:
"Y/N!"
The shout rang out from the crowd of classmates. You immediately recognized the slightly high pitched voice of Hyun-Hee. She's looking for you, looking into the crowd, but of course, as an introvert, you would never go into a crowd of students by the charter bus. Today is your grade's school trip to the mountains, where you would stay for a week before returning to the city.
"What's up?"
"I was just looking for you, come sit with me on the bus!"
You vaguely remember that Hyun-Hee was about to sit with Nayeon, but she had decided to sit with you since you didn't have any close friends to sit with.
You nod, following Hyun-Hee's lead to the charter bus. You see a pile of suitcases there in a pile for the Physical Education teacher to pack into the bus, and you hastily add your two suitcases into the pile. They were next to Hyun-Hee's huge green suitcases, which were the tallest and largest in the pile...in that moment.
You and Hyun-Hee also had a backpack with you both to bring in as a carry-on into the bus. Her bag was green, as always, and yours was a dark purple with some white stars all over it. It contained all your most valuable possessions and you promised yourself that you wouldn't let it out if your sight.
Hyun-Hee waved to some of your classmates as you two made your way to the seats Hyun-Hee had reserved with her backpack for the two of you. You could seen Nayeon sitting behind the two of you with Danielle, who you greatly admired. There was something about her that made you smile whenever she was around. Her Australian accent and her sunshine-smile, reminded you a lot of Felix, but her energy was a bit different. She was sweet to everyone and bubbly as one could be. You were always too shy to start a conversation with her but she would sometimes walk up to you and have some small talk...until she was (sometimes) pulled away from you by one of her friends.
"Hi, Y/N!"
Danielle greeted you with a wide smile, her brown hair framing her face beautifully and her bright smile lighting up the bus. You smiled shyly before greeting her back with a small smile and a 'hello, Danielle".
(a.n why is she so pretty~? ily her sm!!)
Slightly happier, you plopped onto the window seat Hyun-Hee had saved for you. You preferred the window seat since you could see the scenery from the window and watch as cars and trees whiz past. Hyun-Hee, however, preferred the aisle seat so she could keep up with all the drama that was happening in the bus and so she could talk to all her other friends that were sitting farther away from her.
