Here comes the chapter where you guys should learn some rules before wanting to be a participant:

1) 🐟Fill in the form neatly🐟:

•I don't want the forms half filled  or out of place. Please fill it neatly for me to understand before accepting your form.🎈

2) 🐟Keep patience🐟:

•Since for now, I am the only judge for all categories, you can understand how long it might take to finish the judging process. Please consider this before asking me about the timeline.

•And don't worry. I know there might be some awards where you have participated and it would have just stopped the judging process or went on hiatus with all your efforts benefiting others, and not you. I am not someone who does anything like that. So, don't worry about me stopping or going on hiatus and gaining followers or other benefits from you authors cheaply, because as a fellow author who had participated in many awards, I don't like these things either. I won't do such things! ✨

3) 🐟Be respectful🐟:

•Don't be rude to any other participants. Please talk nicely and avoid unnecessary comments or rudeness. I have seen such comments in other award books.

•So refrain from cursing and maintain a respectful tone, duh! *Sips wine🍷*

4) 🐟Reach out for doubts🐟:

•Feel free to contact me if you have any doubts. However, please don't ask about anything already mentioned in this chapter.💕

5) 🐟Submission rules🐟:

•You can't enter more than one book in a single category.

•Submission for books is limited to 3 in the individual and 4 in the special categories.

•Overall, you can submit seven entries: three books in the individual category and four books in the special category.

•And yes, you can enter the same book in any categories, but you can't do more than one entry in one sub-category.

6) 🐟Changes during judging🐟:

•Please don't make changes once judging starts. You can change things like the title, cover, blurb, or edit chapters before judging begins. And it's okay as long as you let me know about the changes.

•But if the changes are really really necessary during judging, please inform me immediately. I tell you, I won't be mad. It's completely okay because, for example, you might have requested a cover or title generator during the judging period. And it would have arrived during the judging process. This happened to me once, and I felt really bad to go to all awards and requesting the host to allow me to change my title.

•So I tell you guys again, it's completely alright as long as you let me know immediately. However, if the judging for your book has already been started, I will judge based on only what was in your book before the process began. Please do keep this in mind.✨

7) 🐟Follow your judge🐟:

•As I mentioned earlier, I am currently the only judge. But I will be adding more judges in the future as there are forms for judges too. The only form of payment they will receive from you is a follow, so please follow your respective judges once they are announced.🍷

8) 🐟No bribing the judge🐟:

•You cannot bribe the judge or engage in any behavior that goes against the rules. If I catch any such behavior, you will be immediately disqualified. This award is solely based on your talent for writing, so refrain from attempting to bribe anyone.🌸

9) 🐟Chapter requirements🐟:

•Both ongoing and completed books are accepted.🍓

•There is no limit on the number of chapters for your books, as long as they have at least three strong chapter excluding the prologue, character introductions and other aesthetic elements. But if you want to submit a book that has less than 3 chapters, then the book must be completed.

10) 🐟Mature and LGBTQ content🐟:

•It's completely acceptable if the books contain mature themes or fall under the LGBTQ category.🎈

11) 🐟What type of books are allowed🐟:

•Ship books are accepted too, as long as the main characters are from the hyung line.

•It can also be a ship between a member of the hyung line and a member of the maknae line, but your book will be judged based on the main character from the hyung line.

•Books that include Y/N characters or characters from other fandoms are also accepted, as mentioned before and will be judged based on the main character from the hyung line of your book.

•But you can't submit a book where the maknae line is the only main characters, with the hyung line being supportive characters. Because this book is only for the hyung line, as I said before, and a separate one will be published for the maknae line in the future. 🥰

11) 🐟Language requirement🐟:

•Your books must be in English. Some phrases in other languages are acceptable as long as English is the primary language used.✨

12) 🐟Use of backup accounts🐟:

•You cannot use backup accounts for payments. However, you can use them for follows as long as you specify which account you are following from. Please remember, no backup accounts for payments other than follows.💕

13) 🐟Password for the form🐟:

•The password for the form is who you love the most in the hyung line of BTS, along with one of their songs.

•For example, if it's Hobi, write the password as "Hobi - Chicken Noodle Soup." Like this✨
