Chapter 4: New Dream

In a dream, you passed by large floating crystals and circuit-like streams of energy flowing. Seeing Ramona skating, you flew around and caught up with her.

Ramona: "Is this what you're subspace really looks like?"

"I yeah. Up until I met Scott again after a long time, it was usually like this."

Ramona: "Pretty psychedelic."

"In a good way?"

Ramona: "It's pretty, so yeah."

"What time is it?"

Ramona: "5 AM. I just decided to get up early."

"I better get up too. See ya IRL?"

Ramona: "You bet."

You opened your eyes and found yourself in your room. After getting dressed, you left the house to walk for a bit. On the way, you suddenly saw an image of yourself with Ramona walking down the street with somber looks on your faces. Soon, the image disappeared, and you wondered what that whole thing was all about.

After a few minutes, you saw Ramona sitting on a bench before walking up to her.

Ramona: "Hey Y/N. What are the odds I'd see you here?"

"We're kind of the only ones up this early."

Ramona: "True. If that was your real subspace, then what was with that massive desert for the last few days?"

"Still trying to figure it out myself."

After going for a walk, you stopped at a café.

"Have you ever heard from Scott or seen him?"

Ramona: "Not really. This girl Knives Chau came to see me and I told her the same thing."

"It's been a few days. I'm worried about him. Could you help me see what happened?"

Ramona: "Sure. BTW, I'll give you a tip on who you should fight next."

"How do you know?"

Ramona: "It's in the order of those I dated and broken up with. Matthew was first, and Lucas Lee will be second."

"Lucas Lee the movie star, or rather the one that is basically setting his own career on fire?"

Ramona: "That's the one."

"With the amount of box office bombs he's been causing, can he really be considered a star?"

Ramona: "I don't really know, but either way, don't underestimate him."

"Fine."

Your phone rang, and you saw a text from Young Neil. After reading it, you were left surprised at what it says.

Ramona: "What's up?"

You showed her the text and her eyes widened in surprise.

Ramona: "What the hell?!"
