I stared at myself in the mirror. I really hated dresses, but Ruvik managed to convince me to wear one. He knows he owes me big time for this as well. " You really do look beautiful in that Jasmine." Hearing Myra behind me as I glanced at her through the mirror. Kidman slips over and behind me, "Here, allow me to do your hair. Sit down for a moment." Watching her pull up a chair as I slipped down into it, "Somewhat helps that you have short hair, easier to work with. Plus having only one color also helps." Kidman's changed since she became free from Mobius. Working alongside Sebastian, Joseph and I has really made her more different now that she let us in instead of keeping us at a distance. Hell I've changed going into Mobius and now that I'm out, I think I'm slowly starting to find my original self.
I shifted in the chair as I watched her finish up with my . " Suits you well." I looked at myself in the mirror once more before turning towards them both, "Ruvik owes me big time. I really hate dresses." Myra cups my cheeks smiling, "But you look beautiful in this one. Juli worked wonders with your hair as well." A soft smile rose to my lips at the two women before me, "Thank you guys, really. All of this means a lot to me." Glancing over at the door once I heard a knock, "Must be Sebastian." Myra slips over to the door and slowly peaks out, "She's ready, is it time?" She glanced over at me giving a nod, "Juli, let's go." Watching Myra and Her leave the room as I looked down at my feet. I decided to go barefoot, but to dress up my feet.
Sebastian peaks into the room as i eyed him with a smile " I'm ready." Seeing his arm out for me to take as I gladly took it, "You look beautiful Jasmine, Ruvik is a lucky man to have you. He's treating you well, being respectful and not hurting you in any way?" Looking at him as I give a smile and nod, "Thank you Seb. Yes Ruvik is treating me well. He's not hurting me in any way, not like the hospital when he was constantly trying to hurt and kill you all. I think I'm changing him. Not something I wanted. Or maybe he's changing himself. I told him he doesn't have to, I wouldn't want that." Cutting myself off when i felt him give my hand a soft squeeze, "I get it, you're rambling again." Chuckling as he slips out of the room, "Come, he's waiting for you."
Leading me down and around the corner. My eyes were glued to the floor, clearly nervous. My hand was squeezed once more, "Look up, don't be nervous. Yes you are the center of attention right now, but how can you not. It's your wedding day and you look beautiful. Look up and smile confidently." Looking up at Sebastian before smiling, "Thank you." Trailing my eyes over as I see so many eyes on me as we begin walking down the altar, walking towards Ruvik. I convinced him to wear a nice shirt under his white robe. He refused to lower the hood, it's his choice. I didn't want him hurting anyone today, or well, ever.
Slipping up as Sebastian slips my hand into Ruvik's hand before slipping over and behind him. Ruvik asked him to be his best man, shockingly. My chest rose up and down as I let out a heavy shaky breath. Deeply nervous, hating the feeling of everyone's eyes on me. I was never the type that loves being center of attention. I hate people's eyes on me, I hate being around others period. I looked over at Joseph. Deciding it would be wise if no Godly person is present and such. I don't want him being harmed by Ruvik. Joseph decided to step up and do it for us instead. " Alright, umm. I have no idea what to say and do so let's begin shall we." I can tell this is going to be an interesting wedding. Myra- slips up to Joseph quickly and quietly, handing him a paper before slipping off back to her seat. Joseph opens the paper. He mutters out a 'thank God' to himself. He slowly began to read it, "We are gathered her today." Shaking his head, "Alright I can't say this. I'm going to wing it and call it a day. Is that alright with you two?" I could tell Ruvik is greatly amused by all of this, he was using that special smirk of his, " It's fine with me." A chuckle comes from the audience as I glanced over at Myra who was shaking her head chuckling, "Oh Joseph, I tried to help." I chuckled at her chuckle, she was clearly amused with this as well. I looked over at Joseph, "Do what makes you comfortable Joseph. The faster this is done, the faster I can get out of this horrible dress." Another chuckle could be heard from the audience, "Typical Jasmine right there." Kidman, well she has a point. " I think you look stunning honestly and." He leans in close, whispering into my ear, " I'll love to tear it off of you later." He steps back as my face goes deep red, looking down at my feet. "Behave." Looking over at Joseph, "Do what you feel comfortable doing Joseph." He gives a nod as he clears his throat, "Alright, I'm going to just skip past most of this." Myra chuckles again, "Yep, he is bad at this, I find it to be adorable." Watching Joseph give her a look before looking over at me, " You go first Jasmine."
Giving a nod as turn to Ruvik, holding his hands, "I'll be honest. The first time I laid my eyes on you, I was terrified. I guess I would be of anyone at that time of my life. Running away from home after being abused and such. You took me in, accepted me for everything. Never judged me or forced me to be someone that I wasn't. You were patient with me as well, you were the first person and only person to fully accept me and take me for who I am. The good and the bad. I love you Ruvik. You make me feel important, loved and accepted. So I am willing to give you my heart, body and soul. You've earned all of it. You make me feel alive again." The look in his eyes said it all. He was happy, my words seem to have touched him deeply.
It was silent for the longest time as I felt everyone's eyes on me again. Only Ruvik knew of my past and how I felt. He gives my hands a squeeze as he clears his throat, " I guess I'll go next seeing as Joseph is at a loss for words at the moment. Ok, here it goes." Staring into my eyes, "One look into your eyes, I saw a portion of me present in them. I saw such pain and despair. I told myself that I would protect you from all harm, that I would take care of you. I shocked myself greatly, cause we all know that isn't me. More importantly Jasmine. It struck something inside of me, I couldn't bring myself to hurt you. Jasmine, you are the light to my darkness, the cure to my pain. Without you, i'm as good as dead. I love you."
Once again, silence. Nothing at all. "Joseph." His voice tone said it all. Joseph clears his throat and mutters something under his breath before speaking out loudly, "Alright, umm. Now that umm disturbing info is out of the way." Ruvik growls out lowly as I squeezed his hands gently, looking at Joseph with the watch it eyes. I watched him winched as he continued, "Lily." The small girl smiles, bouncing up to us holding the rings. Taking Ruvik's as I took his hand, sliding it onto his finger. Ruvik does the same with mine, patting Lily on the head with a gentle smile watching her smile brightly and rush off back to her seat. "Alright, umm. I now pronounce you husband and wife." Turning to Ruvik, "Kiss her." Ruvik grins and pulls me close to him, " You don't have to tell me twice." Dipping me as he kisses me deeply. Clapping and woof whistling could be heard throughout the room. "Congrats guys, I really am happy for the both of you. I didn't think I would be due to the obvious. I'm starting to warm up to you Ruvik, starting to understand you more. Take good care of her." Looking at Seb as I give a smile. Ruvik only eyes him and gives a nod, "Yep, expected as much. At least you are nodding now, it's progress." I chuckled at that before I was pulled away and down to the dance floor, "I'm taking your wife for a dance." Twirling me before pulling me in and beginning to dance. I watched Lily walk up to Ruvik, taking his hand. "She really likes him." Looking up at Seb when he said that before looking back at them, "Ruvik wants children with me because of her." "Now I wasn't expecting that, I wish you luck Jasmine." I chuckled nervously at that, "Oh geez, thanks."
Lots of dancing and celebrating happened before it was time to cut the cake. I smirked, rushing towards Ruvik with a piece in my hand who only teleported behind me, slamming his piece into my face, "Hey!" "You were going to do it to me, fairs f." before getting cut off with a piece slammed in his face, "not nice." I laughed hard at this, "Yeah, fairs fair alright." A look of amusement was present in his eyes as he stares at me. Cleaning off our faces as he pulls me in, kissing me deeply. Holding me close as he slowly begins to dance with me, " I love you Jasmine, everything I said, I meant. You are my life. I love you." Smiling warmly, staring into his eyes, "You are using those words a lot today. It's disturbing and very unlike you." Teasing him about it in a joking manner, "I love you as well Ruvik, I meant what I said as well. I don't know what kind of life I would have had if I hadn't come across you." A low hum escapes him as he pulls me close again, hugging me tightly just standing there now.
"Care to dance with me Ruvik?" Looking at Myra before looking at Ruvik, stepping back. " I don't see why not, if you don't mind dancing with a monster." She snorts out, "You're not a monster. If you are capable of loving and caring for others, then you aren't a monster." Slipping over to Joseph, "Stop Joseph." Watching his eyes the entire time, "I know how you are with him, can't you see he has changed greatly and is wanting to become a better man?" He looks down at me sighing out, "I can't get over what he has done Jasmine, I won't ever be able to. I'll tolerate his presence for your sake, but other than that, he can go rot in hell." Resting my eyes on Ruvik the entire time Joseph spoke. I saw him tense up at Joseph's words, "He can hear you, please stop. I don't want him getting angry and risk harming everyone here and possibly kiss you." Looking at Joseph as he tensed up, "Shit, he isn't supposed to hear what we are saying. I'll just go alright, congrats on your day." Kissing my cheek before he bids me farewell, leaving. I looked down letting out a heavy sigh at this before hearing footsteps approaching me. I looked over spotting Seb, "He still can't accept him I see. I saw Ruvik tense up. I can see the change in him, you are indeed his light. His speech and your speech was, wow. I never knew your backstory. It explains a lot of things honestly." Looking up at him, "Well, it's out there now. Can you see why I love him?" " Of course, he is also your light. Which is ironic seeing what he used to do and such." Looking over at Ruvik seeing a smirk rose to his lips at Seb's words. "That amused him. Come." Taking Seb's hand and walking over to Myra and Ruvik, beginning to once again dance with him. "A good dancer isn't he" Myra glanced over at me with a nod, "Very much so, i'm enjoying myself." Ruvik's face turned slightly red, "Shut up." Chuckling out, "Oh dear, we made him blush." She chuckles at this, "Nothing wrong with it, it suits you." Seb twirls me before the sound of a radio call happens. "Your rides here." Informing Ruvik and I. Ruvik gives a nod as he stops dancing with Myra handing her hand to Seb as he turns to me holding out his hand which I gladly took, "Let's get going then shall we?" Smirking at him, "We shall." Looking at Seb and Myra as I was being dragged away, "I'll see you later, have fun with the rest of the party!" Being forced to shout out to them. "Don't worry about anything alright, we got everything handled! Just enjoy your honeymoon together!" Shouting out to us as we disappeared into the car.
Driving to our destination as I looked over at Ruvik who had his hand on my thigh, "Yeah, Seb set it up. He wants us to use the place him and Myra used. He said we would like it, it's beautiful and has something I love, beaches. Do you know?" Seeing him smirk with a nod, "Yes, he told me not to say anything to you." "How did you find out!" "Snuck up on Seb when he was telling the driver. "You little cheater!" He chuckles at my pouty face, poking my cheek. The car stopped as we slid out. Watching it drive off as he takes my hand, "Come on, through here." Moving through a crowd of people, "Not staying here?" Seeing him shake his head no as I give a nod, following after him. I heard woof whistles behind me as Ruvik glanced behind. Screams could be heard as I lowered my head and didn't bother to look back, "You killed him didn't you?" Ruvik's hand squeezed mine before I looked up at him seeing him smirking, "So protective."
Sliding into a boat as he climbs in after me, starting up the boat. "Here, place this on." He hands me a blind fold, "Oh hell no." Getting cut off, "Now." Glaring at him, "Don't order me around." "Do it then, trust me you want to be surprised." Sighing out, tying it around my eyes and going silent, now completely paranoid and nervous.
Being lifted into his arms as he begins carrying me bridal style, "Gotta do the tradition and carry you inside." Hearing the door close shut behind us as he sets me down onto a bed, "You can remove it now." Instantly removing the blindfold as I looked around. My eyes widened, "Whoa, Seb really went all out with this." Sliding to my feet, rushing out of the room. This place was beautiful.
Rushing back into the room seeing Ruvik sitting there with a smirk, "Shush, I can't help it." "I'm not saying anything. It's good to see you like this. Are you enjoying yourself?" "Very much so, you?" "I'm with you, that's all I need to enjoy myself." Staring at him with a smile on my face, "Romantic much?" He stands and walks towards me, "I mean it." Staring at me as he caresses my cheek, "Our love has been a roller coaster, but in the end we made it to the end and are fine. More than fire, we are perfect. All I want and need is you. My light." I stopped tears from forming, "Are you trying to make me cry or something?" Hugging him close to me, "Damn." He holds me close, I know he's smiling, I don't need to see to know. "She would be so happy for me." "Laura?" "Yes." " You think she would have liked me?" "Yes." "You're not just saying that?" "Nope. I mean it. I knew my sister. I would know." "I was just saying. Umm, Ruvik?" Hearing him hum out, "I'm nervous." "No need to be, it's just me." "Well, it's my first." " I know. Whenever you are ready, we can. No rush." Going silent for a moment, fiddling with my fingers, "It's not like I haven't umm, imagined, umm what it would be like, umm with you." Clearly nervous and embarrassed, "And?" Looking up at him seeing him smirking with an amused look on his features, "Oh just take me already!" Chuckling hard at this, "Oh my look at those cheeks." Whacking at his chest, "S-stop it." Smirking more, pinching them now before his face softened. He strokes my cheek gently, "I'll be gentle with you Jasmine, you don't need to worry." Lifting me into his arms, walking towards the bed and laying me down. He hoovers over me, "Oh how I plan on peeling this dress off of you." Once again, my pale cheeks fluttered hard, "Pervert." "Only for you I am." Feeling his hands slide to my back and unzipping the dress. He slides it down and off of my body, "Such beautiful skin, can't wait to kiss every square inch of you." I slid my hands to my face, squirming. He takes my hands away, "Don't hide, I want you to watch me pleasure you." " Oh God." I went to hide my face again but he took my hands tightly into his own, "I'll take things slow, don't worry, I won't harm you. If you want me to stop, I will." Capturing my lips tenderly.
