Yet not being able to see, Han questioned, "Lolo Phthalo, anong sinasabi niyong umalis si Silver?" as he awaited his eye donor.

In an attempt to calm Han down a little, Eton chuckled, "Kuya Teo, can you guess how many fingers I'm holding up?"

Eton laughed even harder when Han guessed, "Three?" His kuya was wrong.

Phthalo asked his grandson, "Eton, can you wait outside for a while with Gray? I need to talk to your Kuya privately," to which Eton complied.

"Lo, anong nangyayari? Kumusta si Caleb?" Han asked.

"Theo, the wedding was not held. Crimson ran away with Silver, and they are nowhere to be found. They appear to have been planning it for some time," Phthalo answered.

"Kailangan ako ni Caleb!" Han said as he attempted to stand up, but Phthalo intervened.

"You can't. Now Hues's lives are in jeopardy. The Hues have angered the Nase family. They're also being eyed by other families. They are currently losing a great deal of money and property. We can't be seen on their side just yet," Phthalo explained, but Han seemed not to listen.

"I don't care; Caleb needs me."

"They are hiding, so at the very least, carry out the procedure first. You can't continue like that. Without your sight, it may be a lot more difficult to see Caleb."

After undergoing the procedure, Han was able to see again because to Dr. Yale's skill. Han immediately seized the chance to see and look for Caleb, even if his vision might only last for a few hours due to the fact that they were still unable to find a compatible eye donor for his condition. Han drove to the locations he suspected Caleb would be, but he didn't find anyone—not even Gold.

He called Silver multiple times, but only the hundredth time was his call answered. "Silver!"

"Hate, please. Let us go," came the reply from Silver's other end.

"Par, alam kong mahal niyo ang isa't isa. Suportado kita diyan. Pero tulungan niyo akong hanapin si Caleb, kailangan niyang malaman na mahal na mahal ko siya," Han replied.

"Teo, have you tried to go to their old property where he stayed before the engagement?" Crimson was the one who responded.

After saying, "Hindi pa, salamat! Sige papunta na ako. Magiingat kayo ni Silver. Ingatan mo 'yang tropa ko," Han hung up. He had no idea that three separate groups of men were after him, each with orders from various prominent families to eliminate every Hue, the same way the Reds had disappeared.

Inside the old mansion, Mr. Hue called on the attention of his sons. "Austin, you know how much I love you and your mother. All I want is to keep you safe. I couldn't risk losing you too."

With a reconciling hug, Austin said, "I know, dad. But swear to me that you will be supportive the next time my heart beats for someone."

Without uttering a word, Caleb joined in their embrace, as he was longing for a family, a father, and love. But the father spoke, saying, "Caleb."

Mr. Hue went to his knees and begged his son's forgiveness, saying, "Forgive my absence as a father figure to you. We had the same fate in marriage. I, of many, should have known what you're feeling."

Startled by his father's actions, Caleb hurriedly assisted him in standing up. "Dad! You and Austin are all I have now."

Since the threat is only getting worse as time runs out, they already know what's coming for them and are prepared for the possibility that these may be their last moments. Suddenly there was a thunderstorm, and the only sound they could hear outside was the rain. They are unaware that the doors have been opened.

"Caleb!"

The Hues were startled, and Mr. Hue was the first to pull his son to his back so he could defend them. "Who's there?"

As Austin grew accustomed to his shadow at the door, he yelled out, "Han?"

Caleb turned to see, but he saw someone behind Han immediately and said, "Han!" One of the men trailing Han stabbed him in the back.

Once inside, a second group of men began strangling Austin and Caleb. Mr. Hue cried out, "Don't hurt my sons!" but was silenced.

As soon as Caleb managed to break free from their hold, he hurried to Han's location. "Han! Please! Don't leave me."

"I-I love y—"

Saying, "Shh... Hon, you have to save your energy. I'll take you to the hospital," Caleb lifted Han up.

Fortunately, Mr. Hue managed to overcome the men who were attempting to seize them. He assisted Caleb in carrying Han swiftly. He remarked, "Theodore, I'm sorry for everything I've done to you. You can blame it all on me; Caleb has nothing to do with losing your family."

Another group of men entered, one of them pointing a rifle at Caleb. Austin cried, "Kuya!" Someone was hit by the bullet before they could even turn around. "Dad!"

Caleb yelled, "Dad! No! Why?!" as his father took the bullet in place for him.

After saying, "You're the rarest hue I've ever seen, Caleb. I love you, son," he stopped breathing.

Caleb, weeping, set Han down and yelled to Austin, "Hide and run!"

Austin shouted back, "Kuya! No! I won't leave you here!"

Calleb responded, "Take Han with you. I'll be fine. You're the most precious hue we've ever got, our Gold," and then he bolted outside to get the men's attention.

Austin is quite emotional and finds it hard to believe what is happening. As he ran to grab Han, Han asked, "Caleb?"

Austin helped Han stand up and said, "It's Gold. Cal sacrificed himself."

"Wala akong makita," Han said, rubbing his head vigorously.

Austin began to panic even more. "I'll take you to the chairman."

"Hindi natin pwedeng iwan si Caleb." Han shoved Austin aside and made an effort to approach Caleb despite having very restricted vision. "Cal!" he yelled repeatedly. He heard someone pull the hammer of the gun from his back and was ready to fire.

"Hon!" He finally heard his lover's voice; however, his ears also erred from the deafening sound of a gunshot. A body descended upon him in a matter of seconds.

"Caleb? Caleb! Hon!"

A loud siren made the men fled, leaving behind the blood they had shed from both young men. "H-hon, I'm sorry. I love you."

"Shhh... Han, to love is never a sin. I love you more than anything," Caleb whispered.

"You're the only hue in my heart," Han said, and Caleb smiled before he coughed some blood, and slowly, his hand's grip on Han loosened.

"Theo!"

"Lolo, si Caleb," he says, shaking violently as soon as the Chairman and the paramedic arrive.

"Sorry, Teo. But Caleb is gone."
