[ Lisa's POV ]
i finally reached the comfort of my home i went inside and found jennie on the sofa scrolling through her phone. i greeted her a good evening and when to my room
after what happened at the jewellery store i didn't know that people like that girl existed or even how did they marry someone like jeon jungkook surely his not that dumb to be married to someone who's practically a gold digger and anyone can see it by just the way she acts around
I'm not the type of girl that judge people all the time but when they really bother me that's when my judgmental side starts to show its true colors just thinking about that girl makes me uneasy about something but i don't know why
[ Time Skip ]
Morning came and i went downstairs for breakfast I'm still living with my family since i still don't want to be separated from them and even if i want to move out Jennie wouldn't like it since she says she has no one else to talk to or go to
i arrived down stairs and found both jennie and my mom making breakfast together. i usually accompany them making breakfast every morning but today i woke up late
"good morning lisa" jennie said to me smiling happily
"good morning too unnie, mom" i said and smiled at both of them
"how was your sleep dear?" mom asked me
"Its ok, i had a good sleep like always" i said sitting down and after they finished cooking both taehyung and dad went down and joined us
Taehyung and jennie had been in a relationship for a while now and my parents even suggested they have there own home to have some privacy but jennie denied it since she ssaid she's gonna be lonely there and have no one to talk to and she likes it here more
My parents aren't the typical people that want more power. they want is family and love they don't care if we loose everything we owned as long as all of us are together there happy with it and having them as my family is everthing to me
"How's the company doing tae?" dad asked taehyung
"It's doing great dad" tae said
"good, now lisa" dad said to me
"yes dad?" i asked
"when are you planning to have a boyfriend?" dad said and i chocked in my food
"I'm sorry?" i asked
"your already 26 lisa and its a matter of time me and your mother will be gone and before that happens we want to see out grandchildren before were gone" dad said
"dad you know i don't want to havae a boyfriend yet an arranged marriage and nothing will change my mind" i said
"fine but still if you don't want to have a boyfriend or a husband how will both me and your mom die peacefully knowing our only daughter doesn't want to have a child nor a husband" dad said to me with pleading eyes
"i don't need to take care of a child dad tae and jennie can do that job not me okay?" i said looking at dad and he finally gave up
"fine but atleast accompany us tomorrow to a dinner with friends" mom said
"if this is another one of your arrange marriage things i'll pass" i said since i knew there just gonna marry me of to a stranger i don't even know
"It's not an arrange marriage dinner lisa, we only want you to meet our new business partners and besides his son is already married" dad said and i just agreed
after breakfast both me and tae went to the company since he's the ceo\president of our company and I'm the vice president we shared it since mom and dad doesn't want us to fight over who will lead the Company they want us to have equal shares of it
we both walked inside and immediately many workers bowed to us and we went straight to the elevator and went to the top floor where both our offices are
"you really don't want a boyfriend do you?" tae said to break the silence
"yes and there is nothing any of you can do to change that" i said
"so your just gonna stay single for the rest of your life then? no one to take care of you and no one to love you like your a queen?" tae said trying to change my mind
"i don't need someone to take care of me nor to treat me like a queen, if i want to be a queen then i'll start by making every since person bow down to me and i don't need a king to be a queen" i said and got out of the elevator and went straight to my office
