Both Samuel and Alexander, roamed around a convenience store, buying groceries and medicines for their master, after buying they walked away from the cashier..

"Believe it, he's gonna be alright, especially when we got back to the palace mansion." Alexander speaks up to Samuel, reassuring him about Dane's health.

"Thank you, but it's always better to expect the worst alex.. we needed to help master.." Samuel responded to Alexander

Alexander and Samuel walked towards the exit, Alexander pushed the door repeatedly even though there's a sign there written "pull".. Samuel noticed this but suddenly Alexander then pulled the door while chuckling

"No, I'm just kidding.." Alexander playfully said to Samuel

"Mhm, so you've learned your lesson? I'm glad." Samuel responds while smirking

"Hah, yeah really lol" Alexander adds with amusement

And then the two of them walked outside, they walked around a market, trying to look for vegetables, but then all of the sudden, they felt a sudden vibration at ground making the entire market place shake.. a big earthquake occured, all the people including Alexander and Samuel gasps in fear as they get terrified.

"What the heck is happening? Why's the entire place shaking?!" Alexander speaks up with panic in his tone

"Earthquake! duck, cover and hold! Alexander come on follow me." Samuel responds with panic too but seriousness

And then the two of them quickly went under a table, just like anyone else there, both of their hands holding the table firmly

"Hey wait, samuel, why are we hiding under the table when.. there's no rooftop above us?" Alexander speaks up to samuel with confusion.

"Oh right.. oh wait no, it's better to stay here because of the ground shaking ok?, you don't want to slip and hurt your own head right?" Samuel responds to Alexander from sheepishness to realization and seriousness..

The market kept shaking, people recording the entire incident with their phones, other are screaming in fear, while other prayed.. all of them hid under the tables, the vegetables scattered everywhere, and then the shaking of the market then stopped

(Back at the house)

Back at the house, Dane woken up on his bed, because of the shaking but it just stopped, he wondered what it was, he suspected.. it might be the earthquake again that's been occuring at the phillipines, seperating regions apart from the others..

He then heard footsteps coming towards his room, also hearing something holding the door knob of his room.. he noticed it was strange since both Samuel and Alexander knocks at the door before entering

"Who is it? Sam? Alex?.. are you back now?" Dane asks in anticipation and curiosity, but then after a moment..

His door suddenly opened, Dane tries to look closer and then what he saw, surprised him.. a man with red eyes, with fangs looking angrily at him.. the man opened the door revealing himself as an aswang, preparing his claws then walked towards Dane..

Dane's eyes widen in fear, he can't fight skillfully like back then due to his old age, the aswang lifted it's long nail claws hand, preparing to kill him.. and then all of the sudden a dagger then struck the creature's hand, the dagger gets pulled by the mysterious person with his hand.

The mysterious person then slits the throat of the aswang, then stabs the head with the dagger and then pulls the creature down to the ground with a loud thud..
