Sunsealer's POV
Soon, Sunsealer arrived back at the village. The place was low technology compared to most SandWing villages; he only knew that because of his animus powers. Most villages had more concrete or at least better buildings, but his village consisted mainly of huts and most of them were just made out of wood. He still shared a hut with his parents, but Pharaoh was lucky and got her own hut, so he went to hers instead. "Hi." He said bluntly. She turned around to look at him. Pharaoh looked like she had been crying. "What's wrong?" Sunsealer asked. "Y-you.. you've been lying to me! For years!" Pharaoh blurted out. "What? What do you mean?" Sunsealer asked, confused. Did she know about his animus powers? "I've always felt an aura around you.. and, to be honest, I'm a mind reader. You've enchanted me for years to keep me from remembering you using your animus powers! You never trusted me!" Pharaoh burst out crying. "But the enchantment made you forget everything! How did you still remember?" Sunsealer asked. "Well, I do forget, but every once and while, I have a thought about it. That's why I always find you instantly too, I can hear your thoughts." Pharaoh started to cry again. "B-but.." Sunsealer gasped, speechless. "No 'buts', Our friendship is over. Get out." Pharaoh said, wiping a tear from her eye. "B-but- will you just hear me out?!" Sunsealer exclaimed. "I said, GET OUT!" Pharaoh roared. "Oh, fine, I made that sound like a question, didn't I? You WILL hear me out." Sunsealer said. Pharaoh stopped crying and her ears perked up. "You kept telling me you were going to tell the village, you know I can't let that happen! I'd be exiled." "But that doesn-" Pharaoh said. "NO. You yelled at me, time for me to yell at you. You're such a jerk, you don't even care for our friendship!" Sunsealer roared. "I've liked you for years and you just keep saying that same, STUPID LINE. That you are going to tell the village. You don't even care for my feelings! Sounds like an animus is enchanting YOU to say that." Sunsealer screeched. Practically the entire village could hear them. "S-su-sunsealer.." Pharaoh breathed, shocked. "Hmph!" Sunsealer exclaimed. "B-but I like you too!" Pharaoh exclaimed. "Too late! You had your chance to say it and now it's too late." Sunsealer sighed. "I can't stay mad at you for too long though, can I? You know what.. FORGET ALL OF THIS." "Oh, hey Sunsealer!" Pharaoh said. "No, ALL OF IT. You NEVER knew me, ever; you don't even know my name! I'm just a nobody in the village, you don't know who I am.." Pharaoh whisper yelled. "...and maybe, I'll make things work out between us if we just start all over again." Sunsealer walked out of her hut, tears rolling down his face. What would the village think if they stopped being friends? Clearly, they'd think something was up. "To the entire village, we were never friends. Never.." Sunsealer mumbled another spell, a few tears still running down his face. He heard a voice behind him. "Sunsealer? Are you okay?" He turned around, expecting to see his mom or something, but it was one of Pharaoh's friends, Isis. "Oh, hey Isis. I'm kind of down right now." Sunsealer said. "Oh. Well, maybe we can go on an adventure to cheer you up!" Isis said cheerfully. "An adventure?" Sunsealer questioned. "Mhm! An adventure! I'll go tell Pharaoh to join us!" Sunsealer was about to reject her idea, but since Isis still remembered Sunsealer and Isis being friends and therefore would know a bit about him, he decided against it. Maybe this would help him and Pharaoh become close again. "Sure." Sunsealer said, somewhat gloomily. He was still sad, but he was a bit curious about the "adventure" he would be going on with Isis and Pharaoh. Hopefully it'd be fun and not just be them walking in circles in the desert or something. Then, he remembered. Wasn't it technically forbidden for them to leave the village too long? Sunsealer didn't know how long the adventure was, but knowing Isis, it was going to be at least a week. Soon, Isis came back with Pharaoh. "Where are we going?" Sunsealer asked. "Oh, hi. I'm Pharaoh." Pharaoh said. "Oh- sorry for not starting with introductions first. My name is Sunsealer." Sunsealer replied. "Come onnn, I can't introduce you guys to each other? Rudeeee.." Isis said. "Sorry, Isis. I agree with Sunsealer, where are we going?" Pharaoh asked. Whew, he had made a decent first impression. "We're going to the SeaWing kingdom!" Isis declared. Sunsealers jaw dropped. Silhouette came to the gates and saw a familiar face. Suddenly, he pitied on Sunsealer again. He saw what happened with him and Pharaoh. He ran up to Sunsealer and was going to ask him about Pharoah, but suddenly he saw some other dragons with him. "Uh, hello." Silhouette appeared out of nowhere. Sunsealer turned his head to see Silhouette. What? He was back? "Uhm, who are you?" Isis asked. "Yeah." Pharaoh added. Sunsealer was speechless. What should he say? "Uh, I'm Silhouete," Silhouette said awkwardly. "Oh yeah.. uhh, I met him earlier today." Sunsealer replied also awkwardly. "I'm.. kind of busy right now, Silhouette." Sunsealer said, trying his best not to be impolite or rude. "Well, I didn't know you had other friends," Silhouette said. "I have friends, Silhouette." Sunsealer snapped accidentally and looked at his entourage who seemed kind of discomforted. "Isis, how long is this going to be?" Sunsealer asked. "Like, a month?" Isis said. "Then I guess that's when I'll see you again." "Oh- okay," Silhouette said," I'll come visit you in the sea kingdom though, I might be around." "Uh- okay.." Sunsealer said.
Alright, so this story is made in a writing group I'm in, and since these are combined from the last like 3 months it may be quite a while until chapter 3 comes out and I apologize for that, or if it does come out it will be MANY less words than these past chapters, so sorry abt that
