Rocky was on his way back to the Lookout and he couldn't take the smile off of his face, the feeling he was getting from driving the Aventador was totally different to the feelings he would get from driving his STO, The Corsa shifts were aggressive and the Gintani exhaust made the car sing, He was now coming up to the lookout and as he was pulling up he saw everyone waiting for him outside, soon he parked the car and got out
Marshall: Dude, you don't understand how loud you were (he said with a chuckle)
Rocky: Well, it does have a Gintani exhaust
Rubble: We could here you when you were on the opposite end of Adventure Bay bridge
Liberty: That's the power of a Lambo baby (she added and they all shared a few laughs)
Back In LA:
The 5-10 were driving around LA hitting different roads in different areas, they were now hitting a mountain pass that was near Bombay Beach and Desert Shores, every now and then you'd see and here multiple cars accelerating and decelerating. Even though there was more than two cars the other cars noises were sort of drowned out by the V12 and Twin Turbo V8 from the Lambo and the McLaren, they were all doing about 70 through the straighter bits of the pass and 30-40 through the corners since they're weren't too sharp, everyone's adrenaline was pumping and the rush feeling that they were getting was more than enough to bring a smile to their faces. Once they had completely driven through the pass they looked for a place to stop off at just for a little break
Eddie: Dude, I've got a Tomei full titanium exhaust yet I still couldn't hear it over that V12 (he said with a chuckle)
Chase: Yeah, it's pretty loud
Spike: Pretty loud?
Dino: It's extremely loud
Alex: And every time you downshifted it shot flames
Robynne: It did it a couple times when he upshifted as well
Alex: Although I think when it comes to flame shooting, that 765 is a cheat code
Rex: That's my Anti-Lag
Eddie: You got Anti-Lag on that thing
Rex: Anti-Lag, Novitec exhaust and tune, makes 900 wheel horsepower
Spike: And the Lambo?
Chase: Gintani Exhaust and tune, also makes around 900
Robynne: That's Rad man
Chase: But I am also kinda jealous of your group of JDM cars, although obviously your E46 isn't JDM But it's still a tuner's car in my opinion
Robynne: Glad to see some people who understands our taste
Chase: What do you mean by that
Alex: Most of the crews we race, whether we win or loose, they still talk shit about our cars
Dino: Scat Squad, Boosted Boys, Crowd Killers etc.
Chase: Crowd Killers, I wonder what cars they drive (he said sarcastically and everyone laughed and then stopped when Tristan spoke)
Tristan: But I must say, you guys can drive, obviously you proved that to us by racing but even when it comes to just going for a drive with your friends and those who are close to you, you You two drive in a very specific way that isn't to quick but at the same time your not going the speed of a student driver
Rex: We usually go a little quicker but we didn't wanna leave you guys far behind otherwise it wouldn't have been as fun
Tristan: Well if you guys are driving these things then I'm not surprised
Skye: You guys aren't bad drivers either, although my guess is you guys have been doing it for a while
Robynne: Oh pffft yeah, we're very experienced
Rex: How long have you guys been doing this
Alex: Since we were teenagers
Eddie: It started with Tristan looking for a bunch of dogs that were into cars, I was the one he met first, I already knew Spikey and Robynne so I told them about it, Then Dino met us at a street race event
Alex: And shortly after that I met them through me working as an employee at LS customs
Spike: It took us a lot of work you know, hustling, us also working at LS Customs, eventually we were able to get enough money to buy and modify our cars
Rex: Hard work pays off I guess
Robynne: That is true
Tristan: Hey Chase
Chase: Yeah
Tristan: I got a question
Chase: What's up
Tristan: What was it about cars and driving that you liked so much that encouraged you to obtain and own these cool cars that have been made
Chase: Well my dad was the reason I became so obsessed with cars, I remember the first time he took me to a car show and I fell in love, whether it was the visual aspect in terms of how people built and modded their cars, whether it was the roars of a supercharged V8 and the screams of an NA V12, or just the community and the car people themselves, nowadays if your a car guy and you meet another car guy, you two could instantly become really good if not best friends. But my dad is the one I have to thank, if it wasn't for him showing me these things I wouldn't be where I am now (he stated and smile began to form on his face as he said that last sentence)
Eddie: Sounds like a nice guy
Dino: Yeah dude, where is he now
*The moment Chase heard that question his smile disappeared and he froze up with a shocked expression, that was the last question he was expecting to here when bringing up his father*
Alex: Chase?
Rex: You alright bud?
*He didn't answer, it's as if he zoned out*
Spike: Yo you good dude?
Robynne: You alright man?
Skye: Chase?
*When Chase heard Skye's voice he then got out of his trans but he still had the question running in his head*
Chase: Huh, yeah?
Tristan: Chase?
Chase: Yes dad DUH I mean... Sorry I-I-
Tristan: Hey (he said putting a paw on Chase's shoulder) What's going on? Is it something that was said?
Dino: Was it my question, I didn't mean t-
Chase: It's ok Dino, it's fine (he said and his breathing was slowly increasing)
Tristan: Hey you alright, talk to me
*Chase just looked around at everyone, they all had their eyes on him*
Chase: I- My da-I-I
Tristan: Hey, I understand stand this is a personal but now might be the time to let it off your chest to make you feel better (he suggested. Chase took in what he said and took a deep breath )
