Astraea Lily Targaryen

I wear a black dress covering my entire body with long fabric sleeves trailing behind my shoulders and reaching the ground.

The upper part of the dress can be described as a tight-fitting corset, with small gold details pin pieces of fabric stopping before it hits the lower half of the dress.

Rhaenyra's handmaidens were kind enough to braid my hair; they took a small section of the two front pieces, braided it, and crossed them before curling the remaining parts of my hair.

"Your Grace." Both handmaidens bowed before leaving me in Rhaenyra's chamber.

I take a deep breath and glance at the mirror close to me, carefully studying the woman in front of me whom I don't recognize. She's been starving, looking for her prey—perhaps an animal growing inside her body, refusing any food given to her if not her mother.

The sound of the door closing snapped me from my thoughts. I pushed the hostile thinking aside before leaving the chamber.

I recognized the screech of my dragon as I entered the halls leading up to the dragon pit.

"Virescentia!" I shouted as excitement and relief rushed through my body, knowing she was safe.

In return, I noticed my dragon's eyes soften upon seeing my presence. Slowly, I approached Virescentia, and she lowered her head, urging me to step closer.

I reached my arms and held her face, "Skorkydoso nyke emagon missed ao, dōna hāedar. Gōntan pōnta gūrogon sȳz care hen ao?"

(How I've missed you, sweet girl. Did they take good care of you?)

"Nyke vēttan sure ziry istan comfortable se cared syt while ao rested. Although, ziry's istan olvie  sassy rȳ jēdi." A familiar voice I knew too well shouted in the mere distance.

(I made sure she was comfortable and cared for while you rested. Although she is pretty sassy at times)

"Lucerys!" I turned and gave him a warm embrace.

"Astraea—mother explained everything from the beginning to now. Aegon, what he did was not forgiving you've lost half of your life in return."

"He might have harmed me, but it has led to a better home in return, and not only that, I've gained a little brother," I replied, breaking our hug.

"Will I be seeing you around again?

"Of course, Lucerys, who knows, maybe when we reunite, you'll be betrothed. You better not burn down anything again, promise me, or I won't return."

The young prince scoffs and smiles, "Be careful out there."

I offered him the same smile before seeing Rhaenyra and Jacaerys walking towards us.
