Todays the day. The day that determines the rest of my life, my whole living existence. Am I being a little dramatic? Maybe, but thats not the point. Today is the day I find out if I made it onto the Las Vegas Aces majorette team. This is VERY important to me. Not only is my best friend, Aja on the team but so is Sydney Colson. SYDNEY COLSON.
I grabbed my phone off of my nightstand, calling my best friend. This girl was taking all dayy to answer. Sighing and rolling my eyes I called her again. After calling for a THIRD time she finally answered.
"Why you playing with me taking all day to answer?", I asked in a joking way.
"Girl, calm yo ass down I was sleep.", Aja replied.
"Oh, sorrryyy. But I don't care.", I said in a sweet tone.
Before Aja could get another word out I quickly continued.
"Anywaysss, you know todays the day I find out if I got on the team", I screamed in my high pitched voice.
"Oh shit, I forg-", Aja started but I cut her off.
"YOU FORGOT? HOW COULD YOU, YOU'RE NOT MY BEST FRIEND ANYMORE", I said fake crying.
"Being dramatic, as always", I could practically hear Aja rolling her eyes through the phone.
"You know I had to call my emotional buddy-"
"Girl you talk too damn much, just open the shit already."
"Okay, okay," I said running to my desk, opening my MacBook. Taking a deep breath, I opened my emails and clicked the one from the Aces majorette coach.
