A doctor comes into a room where Y/n is being taken care of. He goes around checking all of the equipment that is attached to Y/n. After he was done, he went and checked on Y/n. He grabs a scanner from behind the bed that Y/n is resting on and scans his body. After he's done, he writes down some notes on a tablet he's holding.

Doc: "Poor kid. Being left out in the cold rain for hours alone."

He goes to a computer next to him and plugs in the scanner. The computer shows Y/n whole body head to toe. It shows two red markings, one on his back and the other on his head. A fractured skull and a damaged spine.

Doc: "These are not caused by just being left out in the rain. He must've also experienced some physical trauma. But from what?"

The doctor continues to read the data he collected from the scan. Meanwhile, Y/n body starts to do something strange. His blood flow starts to regulate itself quicker than a normal person. The damage to his back starts to slowly heal itself. Suddenly, a strange symbol faintly appears on the right side of his face (His right) where the eye sits.

It stays on him for a little while before disappearing instantly when Y/n eyes start to twitch. The doctor looks back from his work and sees Y/n finally waking up. He walks over to Y/n bedside and sits on a chair. As he does, Y/n raises his head and opens his eyes. The doctor quickly but gently grabs his head and lowers it back into the bed.

Doc: "Easy now. Don't want your injuries to get worse now do we?"

Y/n looks to his side to see the doctor.

Y/n: "Where..."

He looks around confused.

Y/n: "Where am I?"

Doc: "You're in the hospital. We have been taking care of you for three days now."

Y/n: "Three days?"

Doc: "Yes. You have been in a coma. The damage you took to your head was quite severe. Luckily, we fixed it before it could cause any more problems."

The doctor makes a gentle smile. This calms Y/n a bit from his sudden awakening. But then he remembered something.

Y/n: "Where's my mom? Where's my dad!?"

Doc: "Now, now, don't get to-"

Y/n: "They were supposed to pick me up. But they never came."

His eyes start to get watery as he continues to think about his parents. The doctor pats Y/n shoulder while still having his smile.

Doc: "I'm sure they remembered about you. Maybe they got stuck in traffic or something. Here, I'll go check for them."

He gets up from his seat and walks over to the same computer he was using before. He types the last name of Y/n into his computer and tries to find anything about them. He clicked on a recent medical report that had their names on it. His gentle smile immediately vanishes as he reads their records.

He looks back at Y/n who was making shadow puppets on the ceiling. Making him laugh a bit.

Doc: "Oh, dear."

The file on the computer shows three pictures. Two of them were of Y/n parents while the last one is Y/n himself. Both of the parents have the words "Deceased" across their frames while Y/n's has "Serious condition" at the side of it.

Y/n looks back at the doctor and is confused as to why he is taking so long. The doctor notices Y/n looking at him from the reflection of the screen and quickly changes the tab. He gets back up and calls the nurses.

Y/n: "Did something bad happen, mister?"

The doctor fixes his face and calms himself. He walks back to him and crouches near the side of the bed while placing a hand on Y/n shoulder.

Doc: "How about we focus on fixing you up first? I promise to tell you after you get better. Ok?"

Y/n: "Oh, ok."

Some of the nurses who were called came into the room and started treating Y/n immediately. The doctor goes outside of the room and closes the door. Another nurse walks up to him.

F. Nurse: "How is he?"

Doc: "He's miraculously stable. His vitals seemed fine too. However, he does need treatment for his head and back since they are the most damaged parts of his body currently. Overall, he looks like he'll make a full recovery."

F. Nurse: "That's amazing! We'll tell his family right away."

She begins to turn around before the doctor stops her.

Doc: "Actually. There is some bad news. His parents, the only family he has, have passed away during the night when he was recovered."

The F. nurse is shocked by the news and puts her hand over her mouth.

F. Nurse: "Oh no. Did you tell him!"

Doc: "No. That boy is in no state to get this type of news. We will have to tell him once he's ready. Until then, don't try to mention them."

F. Nurse: "I understand. I will tell the others as well."

Doc: "Thank you."

A M. nurse walks by them and enters Y/n's room with a tray of hospital food. The F. nurse stops the door from closing and enters herself. The doctor leaves the area and walks through a corridor.

Doc: "Why must such awful events occur to innocent children."

As he was talking, he stopped at a huge room that had two other children inside. Like Y/n, they are also in a serious condition. Except that they have more injuries all over their body. Both of them have a mask that is connected to oxygen tanks. The doctor meets another F. nurse.

Doc: "Nurse, keep an eye on them. Tell me if their condition changes."

2nd F. Nurse: "Yes, doctor. I'll be sure to monitor them closely."

The doctor nods his head and continues walking.

2nd F. Nurse: "Poor kids."

The two children that the doctor was talking about are none other than Shark and Rio.
