Chapter 38: Back into Custody

Next morning, it was two days until Christmas, and the Time Force members had finished the final battle against Pitch Black, who they'd brought into custody for his world conquest plans to throw the world into eternal darkness. At the New York City courthouse, Margo, Antonio, Sherman, and Penny brought Pitch Black into the courtroom where the judge was at. The judge was shocked to see Pitch Black inside of the courtroom for his trial.

"All rise! The honorable Judge Valkyrie presiding!" cried the Time Force's lawyer. And Judge Valkyrie banged her hammer on her desk and said, "Please be seated." And so, the trial had officially begun with Margo calling each of her allies to the stand. First, she brought Sherman to the stand, saying, "Your honor, I'd like to call to the stand, Sherman Peabody. The demolition expert of my team." And Sherman came to the stand, quickly.

"Darkness tried to send shivers down my butt," said Sherman, "and the shiver sending was successful." And Margo said, "Calling Penny Peterson, the intelligent analyst of my team, to the stand," said Margo. "Darkness? Makes sense to me," said Penny. "Calling Antonio Perez, the muscle of my team, to the stand," said Margo. And Antonio said, "There has been some confusion and delay from Darkness's evil scheme, and he caused a lot as of today."

And Margo said, "I'd like to call myself to the stand, as the leader of my team. Darkness's evil scheme to conquer the world was sending shivers down my butt, and he was always getting on my nerves when he hacked into my agency's computer system." Judge Valkyrie was surprised to hear that from Margo, Antonio, Sherman, and Penny. She didn't know that the Time Force were the first ones to testify against Pitch Black.

And she said, "It seems, to me, like you four are the bravest agents to testify against our wanted criminals." "No," explained Margo. "Definitely not experts at testifying, your honor." Pitch Black tried to maintain that he was trying to plan to throw the world into eternal darkness. How do I know this? Because he said, "I was plotting my revenge on the Time Force by throwing some darkness! I ALWAYS do that for evil!"

Pitch Black added, "I was always maintaining that I was trying to plot my thirst for revenge on the Time Force!" Judge Valkyrie didn't believe Pitch Black's story at all, and she determined he had numerous opportunities to escape. Margo called Hiro, the leader of Big Hero 6, to the stand to testify against Pitch Black, saying, "Calling Hiro Hamada to the stand." "The dark villain tried to bribe us and he failed," said Hiro.

"Arendelle guardians?" asked Margo. "He is without honor," said Anna. "We were using our powers to freeze and burn him down and we were successful in doing so," replied Elsa. "Riley?" asked Margo. And Riley said, "We attempted to defeat Darkness with some fresh hands to help out, and that was totally successful for us to comprehend our A-Game." "North Wind team?" asked Margo. And Classified said, "Darkness just broke the wind on purpose."

Then, Margo called the Penguins of Madagascar to the stand saying, "Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private?" And Skipper said, "Darkness has been messing with the wrong birds, which are us." "He is our worst enemy to capture," added Kowalski. And Private said, "Darkness has been trying to lure us into a dark trap, but we tricked him with our penguin-like attacks right onto him." Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private left the stand right away.

Then, Margo said, "Calling Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps to the stand." And Nick Wilde said, "Darkness? Makes sense to me as well." And Judy Hopps replied, "The dark villain tried to bribe us during our investigation, and the bribe was successful." Then, Margo said, "Kung Fu warrior team?" And Shifu said, "We kicked butt with our Kung Fu skills to take down the dark villain." And Po replied, "He is without honor at all."

"The Grinch and the Who Kids?" Margo asked. And the Grinch said, "All I have to say is that Darkness was without honor while we were trying to get on with our A-Game as we successfully fought for justice on him." "Miss Rapunzel?" asked Margo. And Rapunzel said, "The dark villain tried to shave my long hair, but I clobbered him with my frying pan during the fight against him." And then, she left.

"Miss Merida?" said Margo. And Princess Merida said to the judge, "The dark villain tried to bribe me with his world conquest plans but was unable to do so, and so I used my bow and arrows to deal tons of damage to his mech suit." And then, Margo said, "Underdogs/Four Townies team?" And Luca and Mei Lee came up to the stand and said, "He is without honor." And Margo said, "Mr. Peabody?"

Finally, Mr. Peabody came to the stand and said, "Now that I look back on everything, I will not sit here and tell you that Darkness hasn't done things wrong. And I'm not going to tell you he shouldn't be punished. We all make mistakes in life. I have, you have, and Darkness is no exception." And the judge said, "Pitch Black, you have been found guilty, and the sentence is 20 years in prison."
