Chapter 30: The New Plan

Back at the Time Force Headquarters, Riley found Margo, Antonio, Sherman, and Penny bringing back the secret weapon they created for the final battle against Pitch Black. "I see you've got the secret weapon with you," said Riley. "What does that secret weapon you brought with you look like?" "Part mouse, part squirrel, part rabbit," described Margo. "This creature would be really useful in our mission to defeating Darkness." "This secret weapon sounds dreamy," said Riley. "Oh, you have no idea that would be said upon, boss," said Sherman.

Not long ago, the Time Force members were building that secret weapon in Pitch Black's secret laboratory. Then, came along Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps, who were shocked to see the unusual creature that Margo, Antonio, Sherman, and Penny created in the secret mad scientist lab. They didn't know what to say, and they had to report this to Riley right away. "You see, Riley," said Judy Hopps, "The Time Force team was able to gather some squirrels, rabbits, and mice to build that secret weapon, and they combined them all with the potion they created along with some switch pulling to summon a bolt of lightning." And she was right. The secret weapon was revealed to be a living creature that was part squirrel, part mouse, and part rabbit.

"But, on the last side of things," Nick Wilde put in, "the Time Force team discovered a fire flower, some green gooseberries, and a jar full of rain in the lab that they were working in." "Interesting," said Riley. "Yeah, and you know what happened?" asked Judy Hopps. "These humans nailed it. Amazing, right?" "Sure, but we are the only ones who can use this secret weapon to saving the world," said Sherman. "Right, boss?" Riley didn't know what to say.

At last, Riley spoke up for a while. "I think that the secret weapon would be useful in defeating Darkness and his dark demons," she said. "The only way we would defeat Darkness is to plan off with the secret weapon that you four have built." Just then, Po, Shifu, and the Furious Five bustled up. They were looking forward to watching Riley describe the plan to defeating Darkness. "What's going on here?" Shifu demanded.

"We need a plan to defeat Darkness and save the world for the Christmas season," said Antonio. "The only way to do that is to plan off." "Yep, plan off. That's what I was going to say, plan off," said Tigress. So, Po sketched out the plan for defeating Darkness. And he said, "Here's Darkness's lair. And these young, helpless, vulnerable rocks are Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private. And here's Darkness." Tigress, Viper, Crane, Monkey, and Mantis pulled out a test dummy that resembled Pitch Black the boogeyman and Po and Shifu continued describing the plan. "While you five humans divert the dark demons," said Shifu, "We strike fast and strike hard!" Just then, the Furious Five started striking fast with their Kung Fu skills, as did Po. "Come on, students," Shifu added. "That's it, Po. Strike fast and strike harder!" After the test dummy was destroyed by Po's last thing, with the cry of "Skadoosh," the Furious Five was delighted to see that coming to the Time Force. "Now that's what I'm talking about, panda!" Shifu said. "With the Penguins freshly liberated, we celebrate with a noodle party and dispose Darkness's sweet remains. Any questions?"

Riley was delighted to hear the Kung Fu Panda plan, and she was thrilled to see that part where the Furious Five slapped the test dummy. "Wow, I mean, truly impressive," she said. "Especially the part you slapped the test dummy? Oh! Antonio, dim the lights. Penny, glasses." And so, Antonio dimmed the lights while Penny gave the Kung Fu warriors the glasses for the Time Force's plan. Just then, some epic, orchestral music started playing in the background. "Where is that music coming from?" Viper wondered. "Whoa," said Mantis.

"Alright," said Riley. "At 2150, Po, Shifu, Tigress, Viper, Crane, Monkey, and Mantis divert the dark demons away from their posts. At 2200, Sherman breaches the entrance to the battle arena with a swarm of self-guided underwater nano charges." The Kung Fu warriors gasped. They took no notice and watched the Time Force's plan continue to evolve nicely. Riley continued, "At 2202, we arrive at Darkness's battle arena and Darkness approaches our path to taking him into a beam of raw power. That's because we're too busy taking down Darkness. Suddenly, knock-knock." "Who's there?" asked Margo. "The Time Force," answered Riley. "The Time Force who?" Margo asked. "The Time Force who doesn't have time for knock-knock jokes," Riley said, "because we're too busy taking down Darkness. Personal hover tanks, check. Also targeting weak bounds. At 2209, mission accomplished."
