Devore had read countless of books about Patronuses and what each one represents to that person. So when Harry told them at the next D.A. meeting that they'd be learning how to cast Patronuses, she was ecstatic. "What do you think my Patronus will be?" Olivia wondered as they waited around for Harry to begin the lesson.
"I hope mine's something big and powerful. Ooh, like a lion. Or even a cheetah." Atlas expressed with a wide grin.
"I bet yours is a roach cause we can't ever get rid you of," said Devore.
"I hope yours is a something like a fly so it confirms you're annoying as shit."
"Your wit is as sharp as a butter knife."
"Okay, children, okay!" Said Legend and put his hands on their shoulders.
"Oh, we're just playing around, lover." Atlas laughed it off and threw his arms around her. "I love my Peaches."
Devore pretended to be disgusted. "Who said I was playing?" She said and slipped out of his hold.
Harry went into detail about their lesson. "Think of a powerful memory. The happiest you can remember. Allow it to fill you up."
Multiple different kinds of silvery animals appeared and started flying around the room, spinning around each other before disappearing. "Expecto Patronum." Devore casted and waved her wand, but the tip of her wand only made a small silvery glow. She frowned. "Expecto Patronum!" Still nothing.
A shining silver otter started gambooling around Hermione, causing her to smile. "Expecto Patronum!" Casted Olivia and a glowing light came from her wand, a large, shining silver elephant appearing.
Multiple 'wows' came from the D.A. members. Olivia laughed with wide, shocked eyes as the elephant started running around in the air.
"Nice one, Livy," said her twin.
"Is there anything you can't do?" George asked and looked down at her, smirking.
With a cheeky smile, Olivia shrugged. "Not really, no."
Devore continued to frown as she watched all of her friends cast their Patronuses. She thought it would easy but she found herself not being able to think of a one specific memory. Fred came and stood by her, seeing her downturn face. "Why the long face, pretty girl?" He asked her and put his hand on her back.
"I can't do it." Devore told him quietly. "I don't understand why I can't."
"It's not as hard as it looks." He told her.
"Oh yeah? What about you?"
Fred grinned and lifted his wand. "Expecto Patronum!" He yelled and a silver magpie appeared from his wand.
