Addie passed her room she touched her hair she sat and then got up. She couldn't sleep she could do anything a knock on her door made Addie shot up from the bed where she was sitting. Tony was standing in front of her " Tony are you alright ?" She asked Tony shook his head " I .. just need to something " he told her " I just don't want for you to worry " he added Addie let out a small laughter " well it a little too late for that " she said Tony sighted " do you want to tell what i am not going to have to worry about ?" She pressed Tony scoffed " it is best you didn't know little sister " he told her " is that supposed to make me feel better?" She said raised and eye brow Tony shook his head " I love you little sister " he said it was almost a whisper that Addie was sure that she would heard it but she did . " I love you too big brother " she said smiling at him " you know that the first time you said that in a while " Addie Committed Tony nodded and left after Addie snuck back to sit on her bed Tony would be alright. She had to know that she had to know that.
That day started uneventful she had breakfast with Rachel before she had to drop her off at the airport she had to go back home " you sure you can't stay a while longer " Addie asked
" I really wish I could but really need to get back mom would be worry "Rachel said she hugged her friend " text me when you get there " Addie said Rachel smiled " I will " she said " and give my love to your mother " she said " I will " as she turned to go but then she's looked at her best friend " I see you later Addie " Rachel told her after one more hug " see you Rach" Addie said as she watched her friend leave it was just her and Tony now just like it always been and in her mind it always would be.
That night she got a call form rhodey saying she should cheek on her brother.
She didn't know what exactly happened but her brother did something that wasn't ... he was going to explain at some point and he did she walked down well more like ran down to lab and Narely cooled with his desks as he sat there " what happened?" She asked " I gave them a lesson " he said " and what is that lesson " Pepper came in at that time she dropped something on Tony desk Addie shook her head as she turned to go Tony wasn't going to answer them ". Addie shook her head "your going to kill your self doing this and I am not going stand by and watch you do it " pepper said Addie nodded " I won't either I can't I don't know what I would do if something happened to you " she said Tony looked at her " you stronger then you think you are Addie you always have been and something tells me that you would be fine with out me " he said Addie shook her head" doesn't mean that I want to be with out you Tony " she told her brother " he saved my life for a reason " Tony added
" I just through he saved it for reason" he said Addie sighted honesty she wasn't sure she was never understood her brother but he changed something in him changed he care about other wasn't that what she wanted him to for him. she went over to her brother and put on her hand on her brother " your my brother Tony " Addie told him " and you may be a pain but you still my family " Addie shook her head " and after you came back form the cave I can see that you want to make thing right " she smiled " I guess what I am saying is that you have to be careful " Addie told him Tony gave her a slight smile" yes mom " he said Addie gave him a look and hit him on the shoulder she shared a look with pepper who was looking at the inaction with smile.
Addie smiled it feels like it was the first on in a while that there had in a while.
She didn't know what would happen in the next few days would change her life.
