A/N. Reviews!

"Oooh Percy is going to need a sword in order to kill the prince because it's not with a little knife that he's going to win. Lucifer had a sword, didn't he ? So did the Warden before him. Hm... and i just realised that Lucifer chose Percy because he thought his reputation would be enough for him to take the throne and not have to quell a rebellion. Ha ! I'm not sure they've even ever heard of him before" -Ladis11

I mean, he could win with knife, however unlikely it is lmao. And yeah, I doubt Hell has heard of him. Heaven hasn't (But they will soon.)

"I can't wait for the hilarity that would ensue during the dinner! and thnx for the update Azazel's probably gonna crank it up a notch with the assassinations cause Percy literally stole his "toy"" -Sankarea396

I mean, I don't think it's really going to be funny, more awkward than anything. As for Azazel, he doesn't really care about the succubus, as the end of the last chapter revealed.

"Hiii! I really love this story and Im always looking forward to your next chapters! I'm curious to know what Azazel has been planning though. I hope he is planning something devious just for excitement hehehehe. I mean, I feel like a fighting scene is about to happen so why not make it exciting?" -Guest

Thank you! Azazel followup will be next chapter, don't worry. It should be pretty exciting!

Onto the chapter.

Chapter Eighteen

When Nico stopped by to announce that it was Wednesday, Percy immediately noticed the ring that adorned the Son of Hades' finger. It wasn't like Nico didn't wear rings, he did, his favorite was a silver one in the shape of a skull he wore on his middle finger. One could often notice that he would twist it whenever he was nervous.

This was a new ring, one made of gold, one Percy had never seen before. It was also on a specific finger. The ring finger on his left hand.

"Dude." Percy said, before pointing at the ring. "When?"

Nico smiled shyly. "You know how last week I asked you to send me to Italy?"

Percy nodded. "Yeah. Last week man? And you waited till now to tell me?"

"You're lucky I told you at all, asshole." Nico said, rolling his eyes.

"So, when's the wedding?"

Nico shrugged. "Haven't decided on a date. We're not like you and Artemis, who had the Gods plan it for us." Nico paused. "Well, my dad's helping plan it. Something about bonding with me? I don't know."

"Your father... wedding planning?"

"Who would've thought, I know."

"Well, congrats man. That's super cool."

Nico's face split into a small smile. "Thanks man. Hey, I gotta get back. Next week?"

"Yeah, next week man."

Nico vanished into the shadows of the pillar caused by the roaring fire behind Percy's throne, leaving Percy alone. The King stood up, and drew his knife. He was going to open a rift to Central Park like usual, but changed his mind, instead deciding on his father's cabin at Camp Half Blood. He slashed the air in front of him, imagining the home away from home he had lived in for so long.

The inside of the cabin appeared in front of him, dark and dusty, as if it hadn't been in use for years, which it probably hadn't. He stepped through, the rift closing behind him. The air smelled musty, like an old abandoned attic. He made his way to the fountain in the center of the cabin.
