Charles Leclerc- High School Love

New changes

Cat and Olivia were having a great time together. They made some new friends and studies were also going good. It had been a month since they first came to high school. They would meet Charles almost everyday during lunch break but just for some time as Charles had a lot of things to do but the three became good friends. 

Cat- OLIVIA!!! Did you see the new schedules given to us???

Olivia- No not yet but what's the matter? 

Cat- WE ARE ONLY HAVING TWO CLASSES TOGETHER IN THE WHOLE WEEK NOW/

Olivia- Please say you're joking....this can't be. I don't want to be alone and worst of all away from you.

Cat- I thought this school year would be way better than others but I guess it won't..

Olivia- I think we'll have to meet more often at each others' home and outside.'

Cat- Yess ofc we have to.

Olivia- If you need anything, just text me, I'll try my best to come and help you.

They both went to their classes and decided to meet at Olivia's home after school.

Charles- Heyy!! Cat come here...sorry uhm I mean Catherine.

Cat- It's ok you can call me Cat...even I got a nickname for you(giggles) 

Charles- Really?? what is it?

Cat- It's Charlie!!!!!(laughing uncontrollably)

Charles- Aahh....that's cute...but you know I never let anyone call me by that name in my previous school I don't know why, but you can call me Charlie.

Cat- Alright deal. I guess I can call you Charlie cause I get special friend pass or something.

Charles- (laughing) yeah sure

Cat- Btw I have been noticing how you're friends with some more guys!!

Charles- Yes...we bonded well and they're nice people.

Cat- Glad you made new friends.

Charles- You were the first one though...remember how you were apologizing so much just cause you bumped into me while running to hug your best friend??

Cat- That's still a fresh memory in my head ,lol.

Professor Jeanne just entered the classroom and everyone settled in their places. Charles offered her to sit next to him since most of his guys friends and her girlfriends were in different classes.

Mrs. Jeanne- Bonjour everyone. My name is Jeanne and I will be teaching you all Physics and Chemistry.  We will not just cram everything in our brain but we will enjoy these subjects by doing practicals and understanding everything as we go on. I believe Mr. Thomson taught you science for a month, but I will be teaching you science for the rest of the year. So today is just an introductory class and just revise what you all have done last month.

After the revision was over, Mrs. Jeanna assigned everyone different projects to do with their partner and bring it to class in two days. Charles and Cat were given a project on arranging LED's on a breadboard that would spell their name. They also had to explain how the circuit worked and which kind of circuit it was.

Charles- So when can we meet to do this project?

Cat- Whenever you're free since you go karting and all.

Charles- well if you want we can meet tomorrow at 8pm? I know it's late and I am sorry about the timing but I have practice and plus I will be taking part in F3 soon so I would barely get any other time.

Cat- No need to be sorry...8pm tomorrow would be fine and plus you work really hard towards your goal and it even motivates me to work hard for my dream life.

As they were walking in the corrridor.

Charles- Thank you that's very sweet of you but I never asked what you wanted to be.

Cat- I want to work at Ferrari and be a part of their motorsport team.

Charles- No way!!! Ferrari is my dream team.

Cat- Oh I didn't know that...then if everything goes according to plan, we can even work together which I really hope happens cause you are great guy Charlie.

Cat had always complimented Charles and he always took it in a friendly way but this statement hit him different- You're a great guy, Charlie...it was something about the way Cat said it which made it different from other times she had complimented him, and Charlie instead of Charles somehow made it way better. Charles concluded he was thinking too much so he side lined his thoughts and feelings for now.

Charles- I hope so too:)

That was their last class and after that they went home.
