The TARDIS was in mid-flight, and the Doctor was busy at the control consoles, his long coat flapping around him as he worked. As Harry stumbled out of the corner, the Doctor turned towards him, surprise in his eyes. Then he saw the small, childish form of the boy, and his surprise turned to shock.
The Doctor quickly made his way over to Harry, taking in his appearance. He could sense the presence of something within the boy, something timeless and powerful.
"Blimey, what have you gotten yourself into now?" The Doctor muttered, examining Harry closely. "You're a bit young, aren't you?"
Harry stared up at the Time Lord, fear and confusion warring within him.
"Where am I?" He croaked, his voice small and unsure. The Doctor led Harry over to a chair and sat him down, crouching down so that they were eye level.
"You're on the TARDIS, my time machine," he explained gently. "And you're much younger than you should be. You're a time tot."
Harry blinked in confusion.
"A time tot? What does that mean?"
"A time tot," The Doctor repeated. "It means you're a child version of a Time Lord, an alien from a planet called Gallifrey. We have the ability to change our appearances, but I've never seen one of us revert to a child form before."He looked more closely at Harry, his expression growing concerned. "I can sense your Time Lord heritage within you. It's faint, but it's there. But your human side still dominates your genetic makeup. It's a strange combination, one that shouldn't be possible."The Doctor stood up and began pacing, his thoughts racing. "Whoever did this to you, they were playing with forces they didn't understand. Time Lords are incredibly powerful, and as a time tot, you hold that potential within you. You're like a walking temporal bomb, waiting to explode."He turned back to Harry, studying him intently. "You're going to need my help. I can't let you loose on the universe like this, who knows what could happen. But first, we need to figure out why you're a child, how you ended up on the TARDIS, and what caused you to become a time tot in the first place."The Doctor pulled up a screen connected to the TARDIS's systems, his fingers flying across the keyboard as he pulled up information. "We need to do a DNA scan to see if there are any abnormalities within your code. Maybe that will give us some insight into why this happened to you."He turned back to Harry, his eyes filled with a mixture of protectiveness and concern. "I need you to stay here and rest, okay? I'll run the scan and see what I can find. Stay put, don't touch anything, and try to stay out of trouble."He gave Harry a cheeky smile, ruffling his hair before turning back to the TARDIS console and beginning to work.
Harry sat there on the chair, still trying to process everything that had happened. He was a time tot, a child version of a Time Lord? It sounded too strange to be true, but he couldn't deny the feeling of power within him.Harry looked around the TARDIS, taking in the strange, circular room. The console in the center hummed and glowed with a faint energy, and the windows that lined the walls showed glimpses of the universe beyond.
As he sat there, he found himself feeling strangely calm, despite the chaos of his situation. The TARDIS, like the Doctor, seemed to exude a sense of safety and warmth. As if it too was looking out for him. After what felt like hours, the Doctor finally turned away from the console, a serious expression on his face. "I've got the results of the scan," he said, his eyes focused on Harry. "And the results are not good."The Doctor walked over to where Harry was sitting and handed him a tablet, the results of the DNA scan displayed on the screen. "Your DNA is a mess, a jumble of human and Time Lord genetics. It's like they've been twisted and warped, and somehow that has regressed your age."He leaned down, his expression grave. "Whoever did this to you knew what they were doing. They wanted a time tot, for whatever reason. And they didn't care how they made one.""The bad news is," The Doctor continued, "I don't know how to reverse it. Your human side is still Dominant, and the time tot DNA is fused within you. To undo it, I'd have to completely rewrite your genetic code, and even then, there's no guarantee it would work."The Doctor's expression softened as he looked at Harry. "For now, yes. But I won't leave you alone to navigate this. We'll figure it out together. I'll teach you to control your powers and help you understand them. In the meantime, we need to keep a low profile. I can't have you drawing unwanted attention to yourself."He looked around at the TARDIS, a determined look in his eyes. "The TARDIS is the safest place for you right now, and I've got a few tricks up my sleeve to keep you hidden. We'll figure this out, I promise you that."Harry looked at the Doctor, a faint flicker of hope in his eyes.
"Thank you," he whispered, his voice barely audible.
The Doctor smiled at him, ruffling his hair again. "Don't mention it, young one. You're in good hands now."
