Third person perspective:

As Okkutsu was running afraid of being late to Jujutsu high he bumped into inumaki, After realizing what he have done he quickly apologized.and continued his way to the school, after some time later he was outside the classroom door waiting for the teacher to notice. after some seconds later Gojo his professor noticed him and opened the door.

As Okkutsu made his way to the classroom all eyes were on him. Even after being nervous he introduced himself to the class, After Introducing he sat to his seat waiting for the proffessor to start teaching,Among the cold breeze of winter, he was questioning the amount of people being there. Not remembering that this was a hard school to transfer to.

After class Okkutsu was about to go home. Although while walking on the hallway he received a call.

While trying to find a spot to answer the call in private he bumped into someone
"Ah, Sorry" Okkutsu replied after bumping into someone
The person smiled in return saying hello to the person infront of him

"Hello? maki, Yeah what's up?At this hour?
Oh am doing fine it's just that I have nothing to do this year"

As inumaki walked of the building feeling the breeze of winter,the two made eye contact only lasting for 3 seconds after that both minded there business.

"Hey! are you listening?" Maki said through the phone.

"Huh?, Oh sorry" Okkutsu replied.
"..WHAT!? "Okkutsu said in a startled reaction.

After that reaction it caught the man's attention looking at him.

" What are you so surprised about? This isn't the first time you're getting questioned about something"Maki replied.

"That's true but.. " Okkutsu replied
"I didn't misheard that right..? "

" Misheard what? "Maki replied.

"I don't have time for this I still have to cook dinner" Maki

" Hello? Maki? She hung up "Okkutsu said.

After Maki hung up he noticed the stranger by his looks and unique tattoos on his face

"Whoa" Okkutsu said to himself.

"Do you have to say something to me?" The stranger said to Okkutsu.

"YES, N, NO" Okkutsu said

"What kind of answer is that? "

"Ah.. Haha. I wonder.. " he replied.

"I stared to much didn't i? Am so sorry.." Okkutsu said

"That day, the reason I talked to him is because I suddenly wanted to be friends with him"

"..! " Okkutsu's reaction after seeing the smile so bright at the thought it was the most beautiful masterpiece in the word

"Well it was nice meeting you am Toge inumaki "he said while smiling

" It was nice meeting you too. Am Yuuta Okkutsu.. "Okkutsu replied

After that winter
We crossed paths again next summer
