MAX's POV

I'm currently here on the cliff side, my fave place because I want to be alone even though my stomach is grumbling but I don't feel like eating so I just ignored it, I was dumbfounded while looking at the very calm scenery and i let myself lost in my own thoughts and put on a headphones in my ears,

just vibing to the song that is playing when I suddenly heard something as if someone was calling me but I just ignored it and maybe it was just my imagination but someone suddenly grabbed my shoulder causing me to be startled and causing me to almost fall off the cliff fortunately I was holding on to a big rock,

she immediately helped me and pulled me up, when I finally got up, I suddenly got out of balance causing me to fall, she tried to catch me but because of my weight she was also out of balance so we both fell and now we both lying down while I was on top of her causing us to stare at each other, we stared at each other for almost 10 minutes, when I got up and sat down

"why are you here?, I almost fell to my death because of you, you made me startled", "I'm sorry I didn't mean to, I just want to apologize for what happened last night, plss Max I'm sorry" she said and her voice started to crack and now she's already crying in front of me

"aishhhh stop crying now you know that I really can't resist you" I said softly to her and hugged her, she hugged me back but this time it was very tight and she didn't want to let me go "plss I-I'm sorry, plss forgive m-me Maxie" she stuttered as she apologized to me while sobbing so I caressed her back soothingly and kissed the top of her head

"shhh it's ok stop crying now my Gabby" I softly said to her again but she didn't answer yet later on I felt that my shirt were already wet at my left shoulder but I just ignored it and let her, after a few mins she stopped crying and looked up at me so I looked at her too,

right now I was staring at her beautiful pair of eyes down to her soft plump, kissable lips and she was doing the same to me, we both were about to lean in for a kiss when suddenly my phone rang which brought us back to our trance and pulled away, I picked it up my phone in my pants pocket and answered the call without even looking to see who it was

(In Call) "hello who's these?","don't you remember me babe?" the person on the other line answered and her voice was familiar "atom?","yes it's me babe, finally you remembered","how did you get my number?, and also can you not call me with that endearment, it only makes me feel cringe by remembering it","you're so mean, it's like you used to be thrilled when I called you on our endearment hahahah","if you don't have anything nice to say, I'll end the call  it's bye","i have----" I didn't wait for her to finish what she had to say and I immediately hung up,

I looked at Gab who was now just looking down so I approached her and held her chin and slowly lifted her face up so she could look at me but she couldn't look directly at me so I just hugged her again
