CHAPTER 21-"FORGIVENESS"

CRISTINE's POV

My husband and I were about to leave when I saw a woman waiting outside our gate, so Marcus stopped his car and I went out first.

"hello miss, who are you looking for?","oh, umm it's you ma'am Ayutthaya, is Max there?, because I want to talk to her to apologize to her" she answered politely and she seemed familiar to me, oh yeah she's Max's first ex

"Why are you looking for my daughter?" I asked her "umm I just want to apologize to her for what I did before","Max is ok now, she is happy with our future daughter in-law so don't disturb her anymore","I didn't come here to disturb her, I just really want to apologize to her, that's all","is that so?, if you still disturb my daughter, mark my words you'll regret it","promise ma'am, I'm not" she answered and I realized that she was quite sincere

"ok come on, come with us to the hospital", "pardon?, is Max in the hospital?” she asked and you could see through her eyes that she was really worried"yes, so now come with us" I said to her and we went to my husband's car, she followed and got into the backseat, I also got into the passenger seat"she'll go with us, she said she wanted to talk to Max" I said to my husband because I knew he was wondering, he just nodded in response and drove away........

GABRIELLE's POV

I still can't believe that Max doesn't even remember me, you can tell by the reaction on her face because while she was staring at me earlier, her face didn't show any emotion, I mean the doctor actually said that Max might have an amnesia but why is it so painful knowing that she won't remember me, while I was busy thinking, Wren suddenly came near me

"Umm, I know you were hurt earlier, Phi, but I hope we can understand P'Max because what she suffered is terrible, I hope now that she has amnesia, don't leave her side anymore" Wren said worriedly to me and she sat next to me so I leaned my head on her shoulder "I know but it hurts so much to knowing that ehe won't remember me" I said to her sadly

"I know it hurts, but she was able to handle being hurt because she love you so much, she endured everything for you because she didn't want you to leave her, it's okay with Phi even if she got friendzone by you as long as you're always there by her side","  yeah you're right, you have a poi----" I didn't finish what I was going to say when we heard Max scream very loudly in her room so we immediately entered her room and Wren approached her “GABBY!” she shouted again and again"I'm here Max" I said to her when I got closer to her

"no!, don't touch me you're not her and besides I only miss my childhood bestfriend and also I already got a girlfriend" she said causing Wren and I to be surprised, I was about to speak when a woman suddenly entered Max's room "heyy Max are you ok?, what happen-----", "here she is, this is my girlfriend Atom" she said and immediately hugged the worried woman who had just entered,

I felt a pain in my heart so I ran out of her room, her mom and dad saw me and called me but I didn't listen to them, when I got out of the hospital I immediately stopped a taxi and said if where is my house until I couldn't stop it anymore I started crying and sobbing, 35 minutes later I arrived at home so I got down and paid the taxi driver,

as I was getting closer to my house, I noticed that things outside my house were very messy until I remembered Amara, so I immediately ran and immediately opened the door and I found that it was very messy inside my house,  I went up and went to Amara's room but she wasn't there anymore, I saw a sticky note on my daughter's bedside table

(finally I got my daughter now) "Dech" I said to myself, I started crying again, I don't know where Dech took my daughter, so I immediately called P'Fueng and thank god he immediately answered my call

(In Call) "P'Fueng I need your help, my ex-husband took my daughter and I don't where would he take my daughter" I stammered because of sobbing "what?!, how?","it's a long story as long as when I get home my daughter is not here anymore and Dech left a sticky note","ok ok, I'm going to see you wait for me there" he said and hung up the call, so I only got burst into tears while I was sitting on Amara's bed waiting for P'Fueng.......

MAX's POV

I dreamed of Gab being hit by a car so I screamed but he was already here, I almost got caught in the act, luckily I thought of a way right away and Atom came too, I whispher to her ear to just  go with the flow when I pretended she didn't even struggle, I saw that Gab looked hurt and she ran out of my room and just in time mom and dad came so I immediately hugged them but I was still mad at dad, I just really hugged him so they don't notice that I'm just pretending

"what happened to miss Wong, Wren?, why did she rush out crying?","P'Gab must have been hurt a lot because Phi said Atom was her girlfriend but this is her ex, but anyway what are you doing here?" Wren answered and turned his attention to Atom "I'm here to apologize to your sister for what I did to her in the past, I didn't come here to cause trouble, I just really missed Max, like when we were just friends and our attachment is just friendship" Atom explained which shocked me but I didn't show it

"Wren, follow miss Wong for sure it hurt a lot, when the memories of your Phi comes back she will be angry with us because we didn't even take care of the person she loves so go follow her" dad ordered Wren so Wren left in a hurry, I was wondering about dad, didn't he like Gab but why did he order Wren to follow Gab? I asked in my mind

"I'm sorry Max daughter, because of my prank on your best friend you ended up like this even if you don't remember what happened, I'm so so sorry and I want you to know that I want miss Wong the only girl for you and In fact, I thanked her very much last night because she brought back the cheerful you that you used to be, so this time even if you don't remember anything, we will take care of the person you love the most" dad explained causing me to felt guilty for what I did to Gab but I didn't show it, it's up to me to explain to Gab but not yet I'm just looking at dad and mom right now

"Can you leave me and Atom alone?" I said to mom and dad and they immediately left my room "how are you Max?, what happened to you?" she asked me worriedly "and why do you care huh?","look i know you are still mad at me but plsss i'm so so so sorry and i'm here to ask for your forgiveness for what i did to you in the  past, I just really want us to settle down and be friends again because I miss our friendship, that's all","hmm ok, as long as you help me","yes, what is it?","don't tell mom and dad and even to Wren that I don't have amnesia, I just want to make sure that Gab really loves me" I said to her

"Gab?, do you mean the girl who walked out earlier, and do you mean the girl you always told me about when we were together?" she asked in surprise but I just nodded in response causing him to be surprised for a moment "alright, I'll help you but I hope you don't take too long because it's really obvious that she loves you otherwise why would she walk out if she doesn't love you, I can see in her eyes how hurt she was earlier Max","and how did you say that?","hello I'm a woman Max and I know how we women get hurt","hmm yeah you're right, you have a point though", "yes, you must tell her the truth and I hope you don't let her go, the person you've been waiting for a long time has returned and also she's here now at your fingertips and she loves you too, are you just going to let her get away from you again?" she reminded me

"yeah yeah later or tomorrow I'll admit the truth","we're good, ok I'll go ahead now, I still have something to do so get well Max" she said and left the room leaving me dumbfounded inside of my room (I'm so sorry Gab, let me make it up to you later or tomorrow) I whispered to myself and let myself lost by my own thoughts.......
