Sage Ved Vyasa

also known as Veda Vyasa or simply Vyasa, is a legendary figure in Hindu tradition. He is credited with composing the Mahabharata, one of the two major Sanskrit epics of ancient India. He is also traditionally considered the compiler of the Vedas, the foundational texts of Hinduism, and the author of the eighteen Puranas, which are ancient Hindu texts eulogizing various deities through stories and hymns.

Vyasa is regarded as one of the seven Chiranjivi (immortal beings) in Hinduism. According to tradition, he was born to Sage Parashara and Satyavati. His birth name was Krishna Dvaipayana, referring to his dark complexion and birth on an island ("Dvaipayana" means "islander"). The name "Vyasa" means "compiler" or "arranger," reflecting his role In compiling and categorizing the Vedic texts.

In addition to his literary contributions, Vyasa is also a character in the Mahabharata, playing a crucial role in the events of the epic. He is the grandfather of both the Pandavas and the Kauravas, the two sets of cousins who are central to the story. He is often depicted as a wise sage who provides guidance and prophecy to the characters in the epic.

Vyasa's works have had a profound influence on Hindu philosophy, religion, and culture, making him one of the most revered sages in Hindu tradition.

Hanuman

is a prominent deity in Hindu mythology, known for his unwavering devotion, immense strength, and wisdom.
