<<Lyney, you're here...oh Lynette's here too.>> Paimon said

<<Hello you two, what brings you here to our home?>> said the magician.

<<There is something that the traveler and I wanted to ask you.>>

<<Go ahead.>>Lynette said crossing her arms.

<<Could you tell us the legend of the Hydro dragon and his first love?>>Paimon said.

<<What a surprise! I hadn't heard this story for many years now. All right.
Lynette? Do you want to help me?>>

<<Good.>>Lyney said, clearing his throat.

<<Long time ago, before the Archon war, the people of Fontaine lived in peace with each other. Among these people was Y/n.

<<Yes, she is our protagonist.>>Lyney said.

<<Oh, so she would be the one crying near the waters of the Hydro dragon? Now paimon understands.>>

<<Well, Freminet told us a small part of the story. We only know that she cries and that the hydro dragon gives her a flower to reassure her. >> Paimon said, the traveler just nodded.

<<I guess you don't know what happens next.>> Lyney said.

<<Yes, of course. We.>>

<<We were saying,
when the girl met the dragon's eyes, her heart skipped a beat.
What would he do to her?
What would happen to her?
Would she die?>> Lyney said dramatically.

<<Really good brother.>>The boy's sister said ironically.

<<Can you get straight to the point?>>Paimon said.

<<Well, nothing happened.
The girl insecurely took the flower and the dragon returned to its deep waters.>>

<<What? Are you joking? What kind of story is this?>>Paimon said starting to get irritated.

Lyney thought about it for a moment, and came to a conclusion.

The girl sighed.

When the girl took the flower, she looked into the dragon's eyes without fear.
She accepted the flower and examined it.
Looking at the dragon the only thing she could say was

"thank you".

With those only words, the Hydro dragon stared at her for a while.
Wiping away her tears, she rose from the ground and looked into the eyes of the great beast.

"I didn't mean to disturb you, I apologize." Y/n said.

The girl started to leave, but the dragon, understanding her sadness, told her that she could stay as long as she wanted.

"Okay, besides I don't think I have anywhere to go." She said.

"What do you mean? Don't you have a home? A family?" asked the dragon.

The girl took a moment to respond. She thought that if she said or made some wrong move she would lose something.
On the other hand, she was talking to the hydro dragon in person.
So, the only thing she could say was

"Not anymore.">>

Lynette finished her story and looked at her brother.

<<Really good Lynette! I think my turn has come now, isn't it?>>His brother said.

<<After that day, Y/n went to visit the dragon every day. Always staying on the surface of course.
She came in the morning and left in the evening.
No one knows where she went or what she did, but every day was the same as the one before.

But, one day something really strange happened.
When one evening she was about to leave and leave the hydro dragon alone again, it started to rain.

The girl looked over her shoulder and saw the dragon watching her.

Days, weeks, if not months had passed since their first meeting.
They spent every day together and in that moment nothing could be hidden anymore.

Rumors said that the first to fall in love was the dragon.

So, when it started to rain the girl retraced her steps. She placed her forehead on the dragon's and said to him:

"Hydro dragon, Hydro dragon, don't cry."
