Jeonghan looked equally nervous but determined.
They drove to the boutique in silence, each lost in their thoughts. As they entered, Jeonghan turned to Yura, his expression serious. "Yura, we need to talk."
Yura nodded, her eyes meeting his. "Yes, we do."
Just as Jeonghan was about to confess his love, Jihye suddenly appeared, joining them unannounced.
Jeonghan's expression hardened as he quickly diverted. "Let's just get married," he said abruptly, and Yura caught off guard, nodded in agreement.
"Why are you two here?" Jihye asked, her curiosity piqued.
"We're here for engagement shopping," Yura replied calmly.
Before Jihye could say anything more, her friends called her away, and she left without a word.
Jeonghan and Yura continued their shopping, picking out rings and outfits in relative silence, both processing the turn of events. Afterward, they headed back home, still trying to make sense of their upcoming engagement.
The day of the CEO announcement ceremony arrived quickly. The venue was elegantly decorated, with an air of anticipation buzzing around. All their friends were present: Seungcheol, Joshua, Chloe, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, Dokyeom, Mingyu, Minghao, Vernon, Seungkwan, Jiah, and Jihye.
