Ley'ra was different from not only her siblings but also the whole clan, that was visable to everyone and the na'vi girl herself was no fool that over the years most looked at her as if she was a disgrace.

Her family never made her feel like one though.

She was close with both her parents growing up but over the years she closed off, only really sticking with Kiri as her sister always understood she prefered being alone.

She didnt push away her other sibling either but everyone saw her distancing from her parents, her dad always focused on the boy, mom with Tuk and grandma Moat with Kiri, she was used to being alone with herself.

So it was not suprising when the girl didnt really care about having to leave, but her heart ached for her siblings and mother.

Little more about Ley'ra she wasnt weak, yes she prefered peace but she was a good warrior and was never afraid to argue even with a man twice her size.

The trip was rather long and quite annoying but ariving at the shore of Awa'atlu was the cherry on top of the cake.

All hopes of finaly stoping the stares from others was gone but this was different, these na'vi were lighter in skin thone, their shoulders were larger and so were their tails clearly made to be able to live in the ocean.

She was compered to just how big they were when two boys came to them, tugging at Loaks tale so Ley'ra had to step in to stop her own brother from making a mistake.

Now standing before the reef boy as he gazed her own frame.

She was very noticably shorter then him, the top of her head barely reaching over his shoulders, the girl was pretty sure that anyone who stood behind him didnt see her.

"This is my daughter, Ley'ra" the girl amost stumbled over her feet when she was draged to stand before the thasik and the chief "my eldest daughter"

Ley'ra looked at her father, steping away from him while she got the hint of what her father was offering but to avail the thasik, thankfuly was a smart woman.

"I will not mate her to my son, but you may stay, my son and daughter will teach your kids our way" the woman said as the girl let out a thankful sigh pf relief and thanked the thasik before making her way to her ikran giving the same boy from before a glance.

She took off the basket that contained her thing placing it on the ground as she sent her ikran away.

Before she could pick up the basket, a boy who stood few feet away from the boys who had picked on her brother, had already picked her basket up.

"Im Ro'ray" he said and before the girl could reply the basket was pulled from Ro'rays hands amd before them stood the boy from before "Ao'nung, dude"

"Ill help her, father asked me to"

"Well i can help her as well, we are cousins, chill" Ro'ray spoke reaching for the basket yet stoped at the boys next words.

"But you arent the chiefs son, now are you?" The question seemed retorical and all clicked, thays why no one stoped Ao'nung when he teased her brother, because he is the next chief.

But Ley was done with them both.

"Beside, father asked me not you, Ro because she is so tin-"

With that she ripped the baskef from Ao'nung and glared at both boys.

Ro'ray looked stuned while Ao'nung just crossed his arms over his chest and rolled his eyes.

"I can carry my baskef perfectly fine on my own" Ley said as she left the two standing there and heard a splash that made her turn her head to see that Ao'nung has pushed the boy who turns out to be his cousin in the water making her roll her eyes annoyed.

After Tsireya, the daughter of the chief had showed them where to stay and they settled in, Ley'ra left to go explore a little the forest behind the village.

She sat on some large tree roots and looked at the ocean her feet digging into the last a little as she swinged her feet.

"Hey tiny" Ao'nungs voice rang in her eara as she looked behind herself to see the boy himself "we were almost matched" the boy said as he took a strand of her hair before recieving a slap on his arm to move away from her unbraided hair "thought i come intruduce myself"

"Your name is Ao'nung, you're the chiefs son and a complete jerk, whats more to know" she said walking away from him leaving him stunned from her words.

True he had been called out by his cousins, parents or sisted but being called out by her and so straight forward was different.

And trust me this wasnt the last time he was called out by her over the next few weeks.
