Chapter 9

*Jungkook's P.O.V*

"Isn't that, Taehyung and (y/n)'s best friend?"

I couldn't believe what I saw. I saw Taehyung kissing (y/n)'s best friend, whatever her name is. So, he's been cheating on (y/n). I took out my phone and snapped a picture before driving back to (y/n)'s place.

I rung the doorbell several times but no one answered so I barged into the house and saw her family already having dinner.

"Jungkook-ah. What are you doing here? You don't just barge into someone's house"

"Um, (y/n), I think you should break up with Taehyung before he continues hurting you"

"I know Jungkook. I just don't know when"

"Today"

"What? Why do you sound so determined?"

I showed her the picture I took and, from the looks of it, she doesn't give a damn anymore.

"O.. Kay?"

"Just do it now" suggested eommanim.

She took her phone which was on the table and kept on hesitating to press Taehyung's number. I snatched the phone from her and pressed his number, giving the phone back to her afterwards. She stood frozen on where she was. I snatched her phone again, put it on speaker and stood beside her.

"Bwo?!" he shouted at the other line.

"Taehyung-ah" I said calmly.

"I knew it! (y/n) lied to me. I'm going the-"

"I'm breaking up with you TaeTae", (y/n) finally said.

"Wae?"

"Jungkook showed me a picture of you kissing my best friend. You used me didn't you? Don't lie to me, please"

"Fine! I did use you. You're such a boring person. I wonder why Jungkook even likes you"

"Don't you dare say my daughter is boring!" (y/n)'s father muttered in a dark and low voice.

"(y/n) is unique and special in her own way and you're stupid enough to not know what she is best in. Have fun with your new girlfriend" I huffed and walked to the couch.

"Blah blah. Whatever" he said and hung up.

(y/n) threw her phone at the couch which nearly hit my head. I gave her a glare. She was slow as to why I gave her that glare but realised it later.

"Oh! Mianhae oppa!"

I smiled at her and took my bag to go back home.

"Jungkook! Why don't you stay and have dinner with us? As a reward from me for taking care of my beloved daughter"

"Appa~" (y/n) whined.

I turned back around and put my bag back on the couch.

"I guess it's fine. Just let me inform my parents first"

They nodded and I texted eomma, informing her. I then walked to the dining table and sat down beside (y/n). Her father took for me my food which I dug into proudly.

"So, (y/n), since you're already single, not pushing, but, do you have anyone in mind?" asked eommanim.

(y/n) nodded her head and I got curious.

"Who?" I asked, eager to know.

"You!" she stated while giving me several pokes on my chest. I only smiled.

She's so cute. I'm so lucky to finally have her. I can finally call her mine. Well, after I ask her to be my girlfriend of course.

*Your P.O.V*

Since I just broke up with Taehyung, I'm single. When eomma asked if I am thinking of anyone else, I knew that he knew the answer. I swear, when I said it was Jungkook, I was so embarrassed but I controlled myself from blushing. I wonder how it will be like if we go out. Will he still be a show off?

So, I actually planned to update yesterday but I went out so I am really sorry!

This story is coming to an end soon.. I didn't realise it was that fast but I will come up with ideas to continue this story unless you want me to write another story.. Comment your thoughts!
