As he ran upstairs, he realized he didn't have a suit to wear. Hinata gasped in awe as he entered his room and discovered a beautifully crafted suit laid out on his bed. It seemed his animal friends had taken notice of his situation and come to his rescue. His eyes filled with gratitude and affection as he approached the suit, running his fingers over the delicate fabric. This was no ordinary suit; it was a gift from the creatures who understood his heart.

With tears of happiness welling up in his eyes, Hinata picked up the suit and hugged it close to his chest. It was not only an ensemble but a symbol of love and understanding from those who knew him best. He whispered words of thanks to his animal friends, their silent act of kindness leaving him feeling incredibly touched and humbled.

Hinata confidently descended the stairs, wearing the suit crafted by his animal friends. The fabric hugged his figure perfectly, and he couldn't help but feel a surge of confidence. However, his sister's reaction was far from pleasant. The moment Yamaguchi and her younger sister saw his appearance, their eyes filled with pure jealousy and rage.

"W-what is that?!" Yamaguchi stuttered, her face turning red with envy. Yachi's eyes widened, her irritation seeping through her usually composed demeanor.

Hinata's mouth dropped open in horror as he watched his step-sisters race towards him with venomous intentions. Before he could react, they pounced on him, ripping and tearing at the suit his animal friends had lovingly crafted for him.

Hinata's heart sank as he pleaded for mercy, but his step-sisters were consumed by jealousy and their own twisted desires. They relished in his anguish, their faces twisted into wicked smirks as they continued to destroy the suit. The once beautiful and meticulously crafted suit was reduced to rubble before his eyes.

Hinata's tears streamed down his face, his heart heavy with a mix of sorrow and anger. In that moment, he felt utterly hopeless and defeated, as if his dreams had been shattered just like his suit. The wicked grins on his step-sisters' faces only fueled his despair, intensifying the pain deep within his soul.

"Oh dear, Hinata. It looks like you won't be able to able to go with a suit like that! This truly is a shame," Daichi said with fake pity.

Hinata's heart sank even lower as his wicked step-mother chimed in, her voice dripping with feigned sympathy. The weight of her words pressed heavily upon him, each syllable echoing like a final nail in his coffin. She reveled in his suffering, taking pleasure in delivering the devastating blow that shattered his hopes completely.

"What a shame indeed," Yachi added, her cold voice laced with satisfaction. "It seems like you'll have to miss the ball after all."

Hinata felt utterly defeated, the weight of their cruelty pressing down upon him. The shards of his shattered dreams lay at his feet, a reminder of his powerlessness against their cruelty. The pain in his heart intensified, threatening to engulf him entirely.

"Would you look at the time! Let's go girls, we don't want to be late for the ball," Daichi said, reminding them.

Daichi's cheerful tone belied the cruelty she had just inflicted upon Hinata. She knew she had succeeded in breaking his spirit, and she took great pleasure in it. The step-sisters smirked, their eyes gleaming with malice as they followed their wicked mother out the door.

Hinata was left behind, standing alone among the ruins of his suit and his shattered dreams. The echoes of their departure served as a bitter reminder of his own powerlessness and the pain they had inflicted upon him.

Hinata's pain was too great to hide. He sought solace in the garden, a space where he often found comfort, but even the tranquility of nature could not ease his suffering. He wept miserably, his tears flowing freely as he mourned the loss of his dreams and the cruelty of his step-family.

Hinata's tear-filled eyes caught a glimpse of a glimmering light, emerging from the depths of the night. Through his sorrow, a flicker of hope ignited within him. He rose from the ground, curiosity and wonder slowly replacing his despair, as he followed the captivating light.
