With Litten's scar gone,and all the shaking nonexistent.
She would be able to work harder,but...
She looked at him and frowned.
"Litt...en?"
"Oh..."
The boy forgot that they'd have to fight.
But a smile grew across his face.
"Don't worry,I'll be fine...I can't die remember?"
A part of Litten knew he was right,yet...she couldn't help but feel worried for some reason.
She was actually starting to warm up to him.
"Litte..."
The boy sighed and crouched down to her.
"If you're afraid to hurt me,don't be...the only way you'd hurt me is..."

He took a breath and scratched her chin,smiling.
"Is not cherishing these moments...ok?"
Litten leaned into his touch and sighed,nodding as she nuzzed into his fingers.
The boy stood up and walked a couple feet back,sprouting his thruster like wings.
"Just ask Steenee and the others to train with you,you'll make eachother stronger."
With that,he crouched down and boomed away,throwing sand everywhere.
She sat on the shore and watched the red trail he left,seeing him quickly dissappear.
The feeling of determination within her grew,with this new move she'd be able to evolve sooner than thought.

With the sun coming up,the kahuna and guardians were with Lillie,who offered to give up precious sleep to better their chances.
Everyone gathered in the courtyard,surrounding a platform.
Lillie took a breath and pet Nebby before placing her down.
"Cos?"
The small Pokémon wiggled in place and giggled.
Puffing out small clouds of purple dust to play with.
Kahunas:"..."
Hala crossed his arms,looking down at her.
Nanu:"What now?"

Kukui shrugged and looked up at the guardians.
Tapu Koko and Tapu Bulu looked eachother before floating down towards it.
But the small Pokémon was clearly intimidated,she started to shake and whimper.
Immediately making them stop and back up.
They needed to do everything in their power to keep her from throwing a tantrum or getting emotional.
Last thing they needed was a homing beacon of power going off and attracting...unnecessary attention.
When Tapu Fini and Tapu Lele came down it caused the same reaction,but with the motherly aura from both of them she eventually came around.

The pair picked her up petting and cuddling her with hugs.
Tapu Bulu and Tapu Koko came down again,but Nebby wasn't scared this time,they all had the same aura,even if it wasn't as visible.
Kukui sighed in relief and turned to Lillie.
Kukui:"So how you holding up? Have you been getting along with our...guest here?"
Lillie smiled and held Snowy in her arms.
Lillie:"It's been hard,trying to keep her from teleporting around is a struggle,and DON'T get me started on trying to sleep."
She sighed.
That was one of the reasons why she came out here,she COULDN'T sleep.

Nebby wiggled and jumped around,getting comfortable with the guardians.
Hapu and Olivia walked up closely,smiling as they tried to get close and seem friendly.
Nebby watched them warily,shaking as they got closer and closer.
But with the encouragement from the guardians,she also came around to them.
Nanu chuckled and walked closer with Hala.
Nanu:"Huh,the only chance we got is a literal child."
Hala shook his head and sighed,petting Nebby gently.
Hala:"Better than nothing...I guess?"
Lillie watched with a smile on her face,glad that they were getting along.

Kukui:"But if we were to use it-her...if we were to use her,we need to figure out how to make her open up portals."
Lillie frowned,Nebby seemed way to small to use such powers yet.
Nanu:"Ok,this is just a suggestion that I'll mention ONCE."
Everyone looked at him,shrugging.
What's the worst that could he could said?
Nanu:"How about...we put her into a situation where she has NO choice..?"

Olivia shook her head and looked at him.
Hapu:"You're a terrible person,you know that? Just terrible."
Nanu put his hands up and sighed.
Nanu:"As I said,JUST a suggestion."
