The door creaks open, and my heart might have skipped a beat. Heck, I must've skipped more than one. Atleast a million possibilities go through my head. Could it be Nico, our boyfriends, Chiron, heck, even one of our parents who have just discovered us? The lifelong shame and embarrassment that I would have to live with. The door fully opens, and the figure steps in, closing the door behind them.
"Nico, are you there?" Comes a girls voice, and with a shock, I realise who it is.
It's Reyna. Her eyes widen as she turns towards us and takes in the view. Three girls sitting naked on a bed, out of which one is sucking the other's boobs. We all freeze for a second, an awkward stare back and forth. Finally, I attempt to break the silence.
"Ummmm... Hi Reyna" I say, with a shy little wave. "What's up?"
"What are you guys doing?" Asked Reyna, who straightens herself and seems to be recovering from the shock. Out of all the things she expected in this room, I believe this would have been the last scenario on her list.
"Just, having a sleepover" says Annabeth, flashing a smile.
"This looks like more than just a sleepover" replies Reyna, coming closer to the bed. "I wanted to talk to Nico regarding the safety arrangements at Camp Jupiter, but well" she continues.
"You could join us if you want" suggests Hazel, still lying in my lap.
Reyna shrugs, "sure, I've got nothing better to do" and plops down on the bed next to Annabeth. She's wearing a purple Camp Jupiter T-shirt with jeans. She takes of her sports shoes as she sits Cris-crossed on the bed.
"Reyna, truth or dare?" Asks Annabeth.
"Dare" replies Reyna.
"Damn, girly is here to play." I say, not expecting Reyna to dive straight in.
"Take of your T-shirt and bra and let me oil up your boobs." Says Annabeth, shaking the bottle of baby oil, "it's kind of a ritual at this point, think of it as a welcoming ceremony." She says.
"Sure I guess, do what you gotta do." Responds Reyna, smiling.
