𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗔 𝗔𝗚𝗬𝗘𝗜 is the youngest of three children, with her brother Craig being the oldest and her sister Aliyah coming after him. After their father died from sickle cell disease a few years ago, their mother, a travel nurse, was often away for work. This left Craig and Aliyah to take care of Amara.

Even though Amara received lots of material gifts from her mom and siblings, what she really wanted was love and attention. She was a sweet girl with a pure heart, always looking to feel loved by the people she cared about the most. Amara was also very smart and did well in school, always getting good grades and showing determination.

Amara and Aliyah got along well and had fun together. Aliyah taught Amara how to carry herself with confidence and how to always love herself first. She was very protective of Amara and didn't want her to be involved in Craig's gang life. Despite this, Amara often found herself following Craig around because she felt a strong bond with him, even though Aliyah didn't want her exposed to that world. Craig and Aliyah would argue about this, but Craig always promised he would protect his sisters, especially Amara. As the leader of his gang, he made sure his friends knew not to talk about the gang's dangerous activities in front of his sisters.

Craig and Tayo were very close. Craig had helped Tayo when he had no one else, teaching him everything about life on the streets. During this time, Amara and Tayo met, but they didn't spend much time together; they just knew of each other through Craig. Tayo thought Amara was very beautiful but always saw her like a sister.

When Craig went to jail, Amara felt alone. Even though Aaliyah was still there, the bond with her wasn't the same as with Craig. Amara was angry and sad, feeling betrayed by Craig's actions. She even wondered if he went to jail because he didn't care about her anymore, but deep down, she knew that wasn't true.
Tayo stepped in to support her, recognizing her loneliness.
They grew closer, finding solace in each other's company.
