Today felt like a good day to grow closer
to everyone. The bakery was busy with happy customers and the smell of fresh baked goods. I felt ready for anything.

As I prepped some dough, Hendry and Liliza rushed in, excited as always. "Komiku, can we help again today?" Hendry asked.

"Of course," I replied, smiling at them. "We're making special cupcakes today. How does that sound?"

"Awesome!" they both shouted, jumping up and down.

We got to work, mixing ingredients and decorating the cupcakes with colorful sprinkles and frosting. As we worked, I saw Mika sitting at her usual table, watching us.

"Hey, Mika," I called out. "Want to join us?"

Mika hesitated for a moment before standing up and walking over. "Sure, why not?"

As Mika helped us decorate the cupcakes, we laughed and joked. Even though Mika still had her serious moments, I could see her starting to relax and enjoy herself.

Lisa walked over and watched us with a smile. "You three make a great team," she said. "It's nice to see you all getting along."

"Thanks, Lisa," I replied. "It's been really fun having them help out."

After we finished decorating the cupcakes, we sat down to enjoy our treats. Hendry and Liliza chatted excitedly about their day, and Mika and I listened, smiling at their energy.

"Komiku, these cupcakes are amazing," Mika said, taking a bite. "You really have a talent for this."

"Thanks, Mika," I replied, feeling proud. "It means a lot to hear that from you."

As the day went on, I felt happy. My friendships with Hendry, Liliza, and Mika were growing, and I felt more connected to them than ever before. For the first time in a long time, I felt like I truly belonged.
