Sukuna leg falls into the time stream, which lands on yuki head during her fight with kenjaku. Sukuna legs regenerate back to normal. Sukuna responds, "Damn brat, you are lucky this technique requires my full cursed energy, that's why I am gonna use my fists!" Sukuna punches yuji in the face. He starts rapidly to hit yuji, which causes yuji tooth to fall out. It falls into a moment where nobara is in the hospital with an eye patch, yuji tooth falls into a glass of water, nobara drinks the water unknowingly it has a tooth in it. She chokes and dies. Yuji ducks below one of sukuna punches and hits sukuna, but sukuna grabs a button from yuji uniform and throws it at him. Yuji dodges, and Yuji's button falls into the time stream. Yuji's button was going at high speeds it hits and kills junpei with a headshot when him, yuji, and his mom were talking around the table. Yuji tackles sukuna, and they both fall into the time stream.
