The person who changed the chips came back, and the female bartender complimented with a smile, "This gentleman is so handsome."
Ling Chen pinched Ye Xiao's thin white chin frivolously, "Well, he is the most beautiful in my heart."
Such a straightforward compliment, although he knew he was acting, Ye Xiao still couldn't hold it. He hesitated for two seconds, lowered his head slightly, and buried his face in Ling Chen's arms, revealing only a little jawline and white ears.
The female bartender smiled ambiguously and pushed the chips to Ling Chen, "You can take this gentleman to play, I wish you a good time."
Ling Chen let Jiang Mu hold the chips and indeed took Ye Xiao to play. He only stood in front of each gambling table for one hand at a time, and did not do anything himself. Instead, he stood behind Ye Xiao and taught him how to gamble. He was not annoyed even after losing continuously, and smiled and changed tables to continue to gamble.
His behavior naturally attracted the attention of others. A man in a black tank top walked up to the bar and asked the bartender, "What's up with that guy?"
The bartender looked in the direction he pointed and replied with a smile, "He's quite handsome, a rich young man, and he's very generous. The watch on his wrist is worth eight digits, it's genuine. This time he should have brought his lover who's as clean as a blank sheet of paper to broaden his horizons, and he's having fun spending money."
After spending one million chips in forty minutes, Ling Chen maintained his persona as a playboy and asked Ye Xiao in his ear, "Is it fun? Are you happy?"
Ye Xiao nodded, "It's fun, and I'm happy." He didn't have much of an idea about money. If it was Jiang Cancan, he would have been heartbroken and wailing over the one million he spent.
"Well, as long as you're happy." Ling Chen half-hugged Ye Xiao and went back to the bar.
The gold powder in the corners of the female bartender's eyes sparkled under the light, and she asked enthusiastically, "How can I help you?"
Ling Chen took out a silver pistol from the pocket of his windbreaker, "I want to buy goods from Old A."
Seeing the pistol, the female bartender smiled, "Guest, what do you want to buy?"
Ling Chen tidied up Ye Xiao's hair in his arms, and said in a casual voice, "I used to get my goods from the 'Queen', but now I can't find her, so I can only come to you."
Jian Lan was listening in the back and was amazed - their brother Chen was so good at making up stories! The mercenary group called the Queen was dealt with by them in Area D before, so of course they couldn't find her. She glanced at the pistol that Ling Chen took out - it was indeed the Queen's, but it was robbed.
The female bartender took a look at the standard held down by the 'Queen', and she smiled more genuinely, and asked directly, "How much do you want?"
Ling Chen raised his chin, with a look of arrogance, "Find your manager and tell him that there is a big business."
Ten minutes later, Ling Chen and his party were invited to the second floor.
Isolating the noise of gamblers in the hall, the second floor seemed very quiet. The floor was covered with long wool carpets, which absorbed all the footsteps. The dark patterns on the wallpaper exuded a luxurious atmosphere under the dim light.
Following the female bartender into a separate room, the other party bowed, turned around and left the room, and closed the door.
Ling Chen's hand never left Ye Xiao's waist, and he sat on the sofa with his arm around him.
