promt:Char hadnt been feeling too well so Mia treats her to a movie night.
It was a long day at the nursery for Char as she hadnt been feeling well the last few hours. She had a headache and felt abit sick. Once the last child hd left she felt a wave of relif wash over her. She sat in the corridoor for a second as she was trying to make her headache go away. "You alright mylove?" She looked up and saw Marjorie stood infront of her. "Oh uh yeah im fine. Just got abit of a headache thats all." She slightly smile at Marjorie. "Are you sure? You look abit pale."
"Marjorie i promise im fine." Char stands up but grabs onto Marjorie as she felt like she could fall back down. "Your not fine Char. Let me drive you home because im not letting you drive like this." Char didnt like admitting that she was ill simply because of her past relationship were if she was ill hed beat her up even more. "Marjorie please im fin-"
Marjorie cut her off "No your not mylove. Now come on,im getting you home." Marjorie helped Char out to the car. After what felt like days in the car they arrived at Charlottes house. "Thankyou Marjorie i apprechiate it." She leans over and hugs her before getting out and seeing someone waiting at the door.
Mias pov.
I had been waiting for Charlotte to arrive at home. Weirdly she didnt message telling me her shift had finished and that she was on her way back. Truthfully i just thought she forgot. When i saw a car pull up outside i felt a sigh of relif. Char got out the car and walked over to me as i welcomed her with a big hug. "Hey sweetheart you okay?" i asked her kissing her head. "Im fine Mia" She smiled. I didnt believe her tho. "If your fine then why did Marjorie drop you home today and why didnt you message me?" I didnt want to pressure her i just wanted to make sure she was fine. "I had abit of a headache and then when i stood up i got abit light headed thats all so she insited on driving me home." I was grateful for Marjorie bringing her home. I picked her up and took her upstairs to get her changed into some pjs. She told me she was cold so i took her downstairs and layed her on the sofa. I placed a blanket around her and went to the kitchen. I made her a hot water bottle,got her some tablets to take and i quicky made her some food but i wasnt sure she would eat it. I walked back into Char. "Hey sweetheart. I got you a hot water bottle and some tablets to make you feel better. I also warmed you some soup." She swallowed the tablets and took the hot water bottle. "Thankyou Mia but i dont feel like eating at the moment." I snuggles up next to her and put on her fav movie. I quickly messaged Marjorie to tell her thankyou and then we layed on the sofa for an hour before we both fell asleep in eachothers arms.
