The first day Crystal walked back into Richardo Middle School was a complete disaster.
It went a little like this:
"Sorry I'm late!" Crystal said to Mrs. Bezich.
"Oh Crystal! Welcome back! It's a shame you're late..."
"WAIT are you writing me LATE?!"
"Yes, Crystal I don't see a note anywhere."
"THAT'S BECAUSE I'M DRIPPING WET! IF YOU
HAVEN'T NOTICED IT'S SORT OF RAINING OUTSIDE!"
"Excuse me! I am writing you down as late AND bad citizenship!"
"NO!"
Crystal pointed her pointer finger at Mrs. Bezich and a crack of lightning struck outside. Everybody screamed and gasped as the lights flickered on and off. That's when a swirl of light broke out in the ceiling and Mrs. Bezich got sucked in in exchange of a small, strange black book. Shannon screamed as it sucked in her desk and closed back up into the ceiling.
"OH $#@% WHAT DID YOU JUST DO?!" An angered Shannon yelled as a confused Crystal picked up the black book that fell out of the portal, and saw something out of the corner of her eye. Oh well. Crystal looked sheepishly at Shannon.
"I swear I DID NOT do this!"
"Oh yeah? How did that lightning strike perfectly as you pointed at Mrs. Bezich, huh? Or how you were standing right under that portal but DIDN't GET SUCKED IN?!"
Just then, Angelina and Hailee rushed into the burnt classroom. Crystal, Shannon and the four students that didn't get sucked in, all turned their heads towards them.
"OH. MY. GO-"
And... Angelina fainted.
"Stay calm guys, I'm getting Mr. Oden to help!" Exclaimed Hailee. She ran out the door and there was a loud noise coming from the other side of the room. Crystal looked over to see Christina opening the window and hopping out.
"Bye guys it's kinda boring in here so I'm gonna go to a concert. Anybody wanna come with me?"
Their faces were blank.
"K then see ya later." And she ran off.
ANYWAYS Mr. Oden ran into the classroom with tears in his eyes. Hailee told him about Mrs. Bezich. He looked up to the burnt ceiling where the portal once was, got on his knees, and yelled.
"NOOOOOOOOOoOOooo."
That's when we realized that Mr. Oden was in love with the married, owl obsessed, ELA teacher Mrs. Bezich.
Ew.
"How do we get her back?"
"WHAT?! A PORTAL JUST OPENED UP IN THE CEILING AND THIS IS ALL YOU WORRY ABOUT?!"
"I'm sorry I just need to get her back!"
"...Are you going to help or not..?"
He wiped the tears from his eyes and Crystal came up with a plan.
"Mr. Oden, print out one-hundred mile passes by tomorrow. I think i know who is behind this."
