Awkward Situations - Shikamaru x Reader *Lime* (1/3)

Prologue

You were the adopted daughter of Rasa, Gaara, Temari, and Kankuro's father; making you their little sister, since you were younger than Gaara. You weren't afraid of Gaara, causing him to value you even when he had more than one screw loose. Basically, you had a very, very, very strong bond with your siblings. Some years back, you had to have a difficult surgery performed. The medical ninjas in the Sand Village weren't capable of performing it. At the time, they were still preparing it when you were sent to the Leaf Village. You had actually been there for an entire year before it was ready! Due to you being open about having a relationship with Gaara, you had no friends, so you always valued your family over anything. When you were at the Leaf Village you shied away from everyone, which caused them to refer to you as, "creepy" and "weird."

~Flashback: So, You're (f/n), huh? I'm Shikamaru. Nice To Meet You." ?~

Hide and Seek, what a drag! I wish they would go play somewhere else. Shikamaru was walking down the normal dirt path he took when he planned to go relax in the forest. A boy with black hair ran by him screaming his head off!

"Hey, it's that weirdo from the Sand Village again!" The boy with obsidian locks said as he pointed towards (f/n) who was hiding behind a building, not far from Shikamaru. (f/n) ducked further into her hiding space. "I hope she goes back to her village soon."

"Yeah, I can't stand having that creep around here!" A girl with burgundy hair stated louder than needed. Shikamaru looked between the girl and the group; attempting to figure out why they had such a disliking towards her. "I guess he's a creep to."

"Yeah! I mean he's walking right over to her!" "Hey." (f/n) screeched and jumped away!

"Hey, are you okay?!" When she jumped, she landed awkwardly on an empty box causing her to fall through! He moved closer, which caused her to shrink farther from him. "Okay... Well, at least answer my question, 'Are you okay?'"

"Aren't you..... scared of me?" Her voice was timid and quiet, but pleasant to the ears. His face contorted in pure confusion. What is this girl talking about? Why would I be scared of her?

"No offense, but you aren't the most terrifying thing I've seen." He wrapped his hand around her's, much to her disproval, and helped her out of the box. "So, you're (f/n), huh? I'm Shikamaru. Nice to meet you." He smiled and held out his hand to her. She flinched back before nervously clasping her hand around his and shaking.

After that, it wasn't uncommon for you and Shikamaru to be seen together. You guys would cut class with Naruto and Kiba, play with Choji, and most importantly sleep and nap everywhere! It got to the point where he began to wear off on you. You could sleep and nap as much as he could, you became lazy and sometimes fell asleep during tests. You did pick up on some of his intelligence, though you avoided using it... Was he a good influence on you?....

"WHY THE HELL DO YOU HAVE SO MANY ZEROES ON YOU REPORT CARD!!!" Temari shouted while you began to dart out the door!
