Fluff was peacefully sleeping before getting stomped on by Boar. The white rabbit jumped out of its slumber, glaring at the bear. The stuffed animal's annoyance faded away when it realized what had happened for Boar to wake it up so abruptly.
First, (y/n) and Stitch had disappeared and second, the door of the bedroom was opening to reveal Sham.
The two plushies quickly hid under the covers before the woman flicked the light switch. Both could hear her footsteps approaching while she mumbled curses about (y/n) not being in her designed room.
Sham swiftly pulled on the sheets, bringing the toys into light. The two squirmed like insects when you lift the rock they hid under. Their attempt to escape was unsuccessful as the teal hair lady managed to catch them and stuff them into a bag. They again tried to get out, to no avail.
The sack got dragged out of the room, the plushies assumed. After getting pulled across a distance, it got flung carelessly on a platform. Soon, it set off. The toys were getting pushed from side to side uncomfortably, the platform going forward as if it was on wheels.
Understanding that struggling without a precise plan was useless, the plushies stopped wiggling. They could hear two voices, which they recognized as Sham and Buchi.
Before they could find a way out of the sealed bag, the cart they were on stopped. They then heard Sham and Buchi grunting, as if they were lifting something heavy. After that, there was a loud thud.
The same happened a second time, then the two impostors began to talk to one another. The plushies couldn't make out what they said, except for Sham telling Buchi to "not leave any trace behind", as if a repeated line. Whatever they had picked up from the cart, they threw it away.
The shack got yanked off the cart then thrown presumably at the same place as the three first weights. The stuffed toys fell for a few seconds before landing harshly on the ground.
(Y/n) jolted awake, falling off the stone bench. Stitch was still in her arms, confused about the sudden movement. The young girl reached for her forehead, her head aching.
A warm liquid touched her fingers. When (y/n) looked down at her hand, the dim light reflected a glimpse of red. Deep down, she knew why she was hurt.
(Y/n) turned her attention to Stitch. "Boar and Fluff are in trouble", she explained briefly. She went to stand back up when she heard footsteps nearby. The girl couldn't tell how many people were there, but it was better to not take any risks.
(Y/n) lay still on her back, mostly hidden by tall tufts of grass. The footsteps came closer, before continuing without stopping. The young girl could let out a sigh of relief.
She stood up, placing Stitch protectively in her bag. (Y/n) couldn't see much from the darkness, but she still walked forward until she met a path framed by conifers. She could discern two figures walking away, one dragging some sort of wheelbarrow and the other sitting on it.
(Y/n) waited for them to go further towards the house before running the other way. She let her feelings guide her towards her dearest friends.
The young girl slowed her pace as she noticed the circular hole she had observed when arriving here. She leaned over the edge of the well, only now noticing the actual depth as she had difficulties seeing what was on the bottom.
"Careful!" she heard someone yell. (Y/n) squinted her eyes, only to see a hook incoming. The girl quickly stepped back as the hook clawed at the small wall circling the well. It landed on the bricks, before falling back in the hole, dragged down by a rope.
Once the metal tool went away, (y/n) looked over into the hole. Her vision had to adjust to the faint glow of the moonlight and she eventually saw what was happening.
"Zoro?" she called before two plush toys crawled out of a sack. "Boar and Fluff!? How did you three end up down there?"
The green haired man glanced at the corpse of Merry, murmured by the fraudulent staff of Kaya. Luckily for the girl, Zoro had dragged it to the side to not step on it, where it wasn't visible from the top of the well.
"I won't tell you everything now, but we're not safe here, as you can see," Zoro explained from the bottom of the well. "Listen, I'm going to throw that up," he said, taking the hook in his hand. "Then you'll catch it, understood?"
"Yeah," (y/n) answered before backing away to not receive it right in the face. Soon after, the metal tool collided on the low wall's brick. Before it could go back down, (y/n) caught it.
The young girl could almost hear Zoro sigh of relief. "Good. Now find somewhere to jab it in so it won't fall."
(Y/n) looked around. There were no trees or bush close enough, only the low wall. With a hit, she stuck the hook in between two bricks and hopefully it won't let go.
"Ok, it's done!" The girl shouted in the well. With a silent shared agreement, Boar and Stitch climbed the rope, surprising both (y/n) and Zoro by their speed.
"You look like spiders, it creeps me out," (y/n) whispered as she retrieved the two, holding them tightly and affectionately in her arms before having to let them go.
"Your turn Zoro!" (Y/n) turn her attention back to the well. Zoro attached his three katanas on his back before taking the rope. He began to climb on the wall, using the rope to pull himself up.
(Y/n), who was observing Zoro, felt something pull at her shoulder caused by a panicked Stitch. The cat was a spectator of the scene, and seemingly the only among the four at the surface to notice how the bricks seemed to collapse slowly with the hook.
Lifting her gaze, (y/n) also saw it and gasped. "Let go of the rope!" she yelled, rushing to grasp the cord. Zoro was confused but hearing the urgency in the girl's voice, he jumped back, landing on his feet a meter below.
(Y/n) unhooked the low wall. She inspected it to realize that the bricks were indeed too weak to support a man's weight on a focused spot. "Oh no..." the young girl mumbled. "Stay right there, I'll find something," she called, not as if Zoro could really go somewhere.
(Y/n) backed away from the well with the hook in hand. She pulled the rope up from the hole and quickly looked around her. There really wasn't much to help. Stitch tapped on her arm, trying to get her attention again.
The girl moved her head down, curious about what the cat had found. The stuffed toy retreated into the shoulder bag before pushing out the roll of red fabric (y/n) had used previously to make a dress.
"Woah. Completely forgot I had that," the girl mumbled, grabbing the roll. She was also surprised that it could fit in the shoulder bag. Sometimes she wondered if it even had a bottom.
She snapped out of her thoughts, placing Stitch on the ground next to the two other plushies. "Show me your plan," (y/n) asked, kneeling in front of the three.
Without a second thought, Stitch took the roll back, assisted by Boar and silently cheered by Fluff.
They unrolled the fabric. Stitch gestured to Fluff, who somehow understood. The cat stretched the red textile to the nearby forest while the bunny wrapped the other end tightly around the hook.
Stitch ran around the threes, the roll getting thinner as it got dragged around.
The fabric circled multiple trees, forming an interesting pattern while the opposite end was wrapped in a thick bundle on the metalic tool. "You think that'll work?" (Y/n) asked, pulling on the finished product to make sure it won't snap.
Stitch moved his arms, giving a small shrug. "You're right... we won't know unless we try," (y/n) sighed. The girl went over the well once more, letting the cord unwrap down the depth.
