### Chapter 11: Teacher's BanquetTwo weeks before the Harvest Festival...
"Ohhh~" Robin cheered, his hands lifted high in glee.
Hanako stood beside him, facing Dali, who wore a broad infectious smile.
"Reserve a place for the party?" Hanako blinked, her voice tinged with surprise.
"Yup!" Dali replied cheerfully, his eyes twinkling with excitement. He pointed at both of them with a broad grin. "Since you're both newbies, you get the honour of arranging this year's gathering."
"Ahh," Robin's eyes sparkled with enthusiasm at the prospect. "This will be so much fun!"
Hanako cast a glance at Robin. Though a bit less enthusiastic than her friend, she let out a soft sigh, a mix of apprehension and amusement. A small smile curved her lips as she observed Robin's infectious energy.
"So, you guys can do it?" Dali asked, his smile widening, an expectant glint in his eyes.
"Of course!" Robin replied with infectious enthusiasm. Hanako nodded in agreement, offering a much softer, "Sure."
Dali clapped his hands together, clearly pleased. "Great! I knew I could count on you two."
The first bell rang, signalling the end of break. Students and teachers began to disperse to their respective classes. "Robin, I'll text you about it, okay?" Hanako informed him before rushing to her next class.
Initially, Hanako felt that it wouldn't be much of a problem. But as the day went on, she found herself feeling increasingly anxious. By the end of her last class, Hanako's anxiety had grown to the point that she felt a desperate need to talk to someone. She headed straight to the principal's office, her heart pounding in her chest.
"Grandpa, can I talk to you?" Hanako asked, her voice slightly strained as she entered his office. Sullivan looked up from his paperwork, his kind eyes immediately reflecting concern.
"Of course, Hana-chan. Come in," he said warmly, gesturing for her to sit down. Hanako took a seat but quickly stood up again, unable to stay still.
"I'm really worried about this party," she began, her voice barely above a whisper. "I've never had any fun during a work gathering, ever. And this time, all my coworkers are demons. I'm worried. What if I get exposed? I don't even drink. Maybe I can just plan it with Robin-sensei and not attend..."
"Don't worry," Sullivan's eyes softened, attempting to reassure her. "It'll be fun."
However, Hanako couldn't shake her fears. She began pacing around the office, her steps quick. "Fun? I've never had any fun during a work gathering, ever! I'm more worried about getting exposed. What if I mess up somehow? And exposed Iruma as well..."
"Calm down, dear," Sullivan interrupted Hanako's pacing with a gentle hand on her shoulder. Hanako's frantic thoughts slowed as she felt her grandfather's calming presence. "Nothing will happen. You've been working with them for slightly over half a year and nothing like that has ever happened."
"Well, yes, but this time there's alcohol involved and we're not at school, what if—"
"I trust you," Sullivan interrupted her again, his voice firm yet soothing. "And I trust my staff as well. If anything ever happens, I'm sure Balam-sensei will be there for you."
Sullivan trusts his staff, and Balam has always been understanding and protective. Taking a deep breath, the tension in her shoulders eased slightly.
"Ok, I'll try."
