Chapter 1

Renesmee POV

I woke up to the smell of bacon and eggs cooking downstairs, it's my all time favourite. I walked down the steps, wearily, to wait for my breakfast. I sat at the table and Auntie Rose came in carrying my food like a waitress would at a restaurant,

"Eat up, Nessie," she told me, "Jakes coming soon." as soon as she said that I was gobbling my food down and I finished in 5 minutes, normally it would take 15.

"Wow Nessie, I didn't know you had an apatite!" joked Emmet, who watched the whole thing,

"I want to be at the door when Jake comes." I told him, embarrassed. I felt my cheeks go pinky, red from blushing. Emmet grinned as Rose walked out, presumingly for a hunt, and Uncle Emmet followed her like a little puppy, I giggled at this thought and so did my dad, Edward, he can read minds. He can't read my mums though, she's a shield and her name is Bella. I have always admired her, she's perfect compared to me. Then I heard dad whisper to mum and she came up to me and whispered in my ear,

"No one can be more perfect than you." And she kissed me on the cheek, she can embarrass me, but I still love her. I heard a car park up outside and I ran towards the door and made it look as if I had been there all along. Jake walked in and I wrapped my arms around him,

"Jake!" I cried, he hugged me and carried me to the couch where we sat at every day. Mum and Dad had bought is specially for me, I shared it with ONLY Jake. My parents seemed to find it unfair that they couldn't sit on it, but they sucked it up. I spoke to Jacob about my day yesterday, he was on patrol all day, so he couldn't see me. I felt so empty without him, I have some sort of, connection, with him, something no one could ever, possibly understand.

"Soooo, what did you do yesterday then?" He asked

"Well, I went hunting most of the day, with mum and dad, and then I done a bit of reading." I told him

"Miss me?"

"Tonnes." I said as I pulled him close. "Soooo, find anything on patrol?" I asked.

"We found some strange footprints, but it's more than likely some animal passing through, nothing to worry about." He said, although he sounded uncertain. I tried to keep it of mind for now.

"What do you want to do today?" I asked

"What ever you want." He said, I had a think about something I would like to do, hunting, reading, watching a DVD, seeing the quileutes. But I wanted something Jake would like to do.

"We could go and see Seth?" He suggested

"Okey." I said as we walked away, "see you guys later!" I shouted back to the house.

"Race you there!" Jake shouted, since he didn't change to his wolf form, I beat him easily, I was sitting on the new bench outside, in the forest and waited to claim my glory.

"Beat you by a mile!" I said, showing off.

"I could have beaten you, if I wanted to." He told me, ashamed he had lost against a girl,

"I could have sworn you don't even try!" I laughed, Jake crossed his arms and made a face I thought I could only see on little kids sulking. He always finds a way to surprise me, so we walked into Seth and Leah's house, welcomed by, you guessed it, Seth. Leah doesn't really like our family, but she puts up with us.

"Hey guys!" Seth welcomed us, he had that smile he only uses to me and Jacob, it's like he saves it for us.

"Hey Seth!" I said, cheerily, walking into the little house. They don't use it that often because they are out most of the time.
