I got to see Bakugou's expression he makes when he's genuinely confused for the first time, "Wait. You're telling me, you only heard my thoughts just now?"

"Yes."

He facepalmed harder than I thought was possible before saying, "Just forget any of this happened."

He then left, still covering his face, and without saying anything else. When I was sure he was gone, I finally let out the small laugh I had been holding in. He was entirely consistent with what I had thought about him from afar. Intelligent and intuitive but still bullheaded.

Although, it didn't take long for me to go back to my own world after that. He, like everyone else, made it clear that our interaction would start and end there. After the project, I would probably never even be near him ever again.

And I didn't mind. The small entertainment he offered me in that moment was fun. So I was thankful, even if it was fleeting.

I finished up my tasks and went back to my dorm room. My room consisted of a gaming set up with white and pink. A contrast to my all-black outfits. I never used the overhead light and instead had my RGB lights on all the time. Every piece of decor tied into my color scheme and was deemed cute by me in some way.

You see, I was always drawn to cute things. But because I wasn't necessarily feminine in nature, in middle school especially, I shied away from my desire for cute things. In high school, I decided to start anew.

I loved it of course but it was hard. I loved it so much that I never wanted to leave my room. I still managed to when needed though. It was my own little world and safe space that no one else saw or knew about. And that made me even happier.

I sat at my desk and began to work on the project. Before I realized it, I had already finished my part. It didn't help that I already knew this philosophical work like the back of my hand.

Since it wasn't too late, I hopped on my current favorite fps game and played for a bit. After winning and losing a few matches, I decided to call it. I laid in bed, set my alarm, and played the quiet music I usually played to fall asleep.
