Ameha's POV

When I woke up I saw the side next to me was empty. I got up and went to bathroom to get ready for the day.

Later I got ready and went downstairs and found Maria and Lorenzo were waiting for me on the table for breakfast.

"Good morning, who was your first night?" Maria asked

"Good morning" I felt so awkward.

I think he noticed because he's words said so "cut the crap Maria" I sat next to him for breakfast.

"I hope you like pancakes ma'am" an old lady asked me while offering me a plate.

"Yeah, thank you" I said "I'm the cook" for which I nodded. I could see Maria being so excited for no reason.

"You know what, after so long I'll actually have someone to accompany me on the dining table" I could see how happy she was while telling me.

"Oh" I said with a smile. Soon after breakfast Lorenzo left, Maria and I were sitting in the hall

"Let's go shopping" Maria seems just like Mia, they both love shopping.

"Yeah let's go" I don't want to reject her and make her feel sad. She called Lorenzo the movement I agreed to go shopping.

"Brother Ameha and I want to go shopping" she told him over the call.

"Okay we'll take care" she said hanging up.

"I'm not allowed to leave the house without his permission" she said. "why so?" I asked out of curiosity

"I don't know but since childhood I'm not allowed to leave alone" she said with a shrug. My phone begins to ring, looking at the called id it was Lorenzo.

"Yes" I said after answering the call "I hear you are going for shopping. you can use my card" he said before I could answer he continues

"You can take the black one from my closet and there's no limit" I hummed. "Vanilla I'm serious. I want you to spend as much you can.

The pin is your birthdate" he said "okay" I answered and disconnected the call. I got the card from his closet. Why did he keep my birthdate as his pin?

I run downstairs when I heard Maria calling me.

"Let's go" I said. "they will come along with us" Maria told me and I nodded. Those two men followed us the entire time.

When we were in a store they used to watch us from a distance. I was uncomfortable by their presence.

"Don't worry they are here for our safety" Maria said when she noticed me.

"They are like my bodyguard when Lorenzo and Nico are busy" she told me. We went to a makeup store and I was looking around.

I even bought some makeup and used the card to pay. We visited so many stores and bought so many cloths. After shopping we decided to stop by a café for lunch. We ordered our food and talked about so many random topics.

After our food arrived we started eating. "did he fuck you last night?" I choked on my food after hearing her words "no never" I almost shouted.

She laughed at my words "well I have heard no woman has ever rejected my brother" she said while taking a bit from her pizza.

"I'll be the first one then" I said we so much of confidence. Even after our lunch we sat there for a while and talked about our life's.

Lorenzo never told me about his family, but Maria told me that they don't have parents and she has no idea because she lost them when she was very young.

We decided to go back home with so many shopping bags. When we reached home Maria asked a maid about Lorenzo. What does he do for living? I never asked him this question?

Maria told me to go to his study and I did what she told me to do. I knocked at the door and entered without his reply. Is that rude but who cares?

He was not alone there was a man with him I suppose he's Nico. I smiled at him and nodded to greet him without words. I look around and saw a big bookshelf.

"Why are you here?" he asked me. "Maria wants to go out for family dinner" I said what Maria asked me to do.

"Get ready we are coming" he never shifted his gaze from a big screen in front of him. I went outside to tell Maria to get ready.

He told we are coming why? Will Nico join us? Is he a part of this family? Later both of them arrived, Nico was about to leave but Lorenzo asked him to join us. I was pretty comfortable even if he joins. Maria was so happy.

I could see that she hardly left this place before I came. We reached to a fancy restaurant and got our seats.

Lorenzo was sitting next to me and Maria and Nico opposite to us. I was talking to Nico, just to know more about him.

It's not like I'm interested but just to know people whom you are surrounded with. Nico and I have same shared Sense of Humor.

We both laughed so much that my stomach was aching. While laughing I felt a big hand on my thigh moving up an involuntary gasp left my mouth.

I looked at Lorenzo and tried to move his hand but it was so big that I couldn't move. He started stroking his fingers and squeeze my thigh.

When our food arrived he still continued the movement which I couldn't help but enjoy. I hate myself for enjoying his touch.

After our dinner we went back home and I straight up went to my room. I changed into my night suit. When Lorenzo arrived, I got up from the bed and went towards him and crossed my arms in front of my chest.

"What the fuck do you think you were doing?" I raised my eyebrow and narrowed my eyes.

"Just admiring my beautiful wife" he replied with as smirk.

"It's not a real marriage" I almost shouted.

"Even if it's not, you are my wife, and if you laugh, it should be for me, not for anyone else." He pulled my closer and from this distance I could see his eyes turning dark.

He left the room, leaving me in shock. Is he fucking jealous because I was laughing with Nico. I got back to reality when my phone started ringing. It was Mia.

I answered the call "did you guys fucked" the very first thing she askes me that movement I answer. "will you please stop" I told her.

"Okay, so tell me something interesting" she asked me I told her about Maria and how they both have similar personality.

While talking to her I realized that we were talking for an hour now so we disconnected the call. Lorenzo was still not here. Is he mad at me for talking to Nico? I decided to sleep without thinking much.
