The future was a confusing place. Aliens every where. Your friends able to go above ground in the day light and walk around like normal people without having to put on baggy cloths. Tech had gotten much better then it was in your time. Though no matter how much better the future might be you missed your time. You missed your family. You missed April. Hell you even missed helping your brother, Casey, and the turtles fight The Purple Dragons or The Foot. But now all you had were the turtles, their dad, Cody and his robot. Though you had to admit it was kinda cool seeing great nephew. All though this time was mush more peaceful there were still threats out there that one had to be cautions about. The Street phantoms. The Dark Turtles. Darius Dunn. Sure the list had shrank but honestly you thought it they were more dangerous then the villains you left back home. Deciding you had gone on your walk long enough you turned around and started walking back to your 'home' with out a care in the world; first mistake.
You passed by many humans and aliens not giving any of them so much as a glance having grown use to this sort of stuff after being sucked through that time portal months ago. Deciding to take a short cut you walked through an ally to lost in your thoughts to pay attention to your surroundings; second mistake.
You took note of his much darker it seemed to be in the ally but didn't think much of it it WAS an ally after all. Hearing some sort of movement you turned around stopping in your tracks. You listened close for any other noise as you tried to spot what ever it was that had move in the first place. No luck. You shrugged it off as just an animal of some kind and continued walking; three strikes you're out.
Feeling a shadow loom over you you went to turn around but something hard hit you over the head and you blacked out. Groaning you woke up looking around with blurred vision. Where were you? Sitting up once your vision cleared you saw you were in a wear house. Looked abandoned. Moving your limbs to make sure nothing hurt you realized your wrists were chained together. Looking down you followed it only to groan seeing the other side tied to a beam. Struggling against them for a good few moments you growled, "Hello?!" you snapped giving up on your futile struggle.
"No use struggling with chains (name)." you heard a voice call from somewhere in the darkness. Looking around until your eyes locked onto two glowing yellow ones. You felt fear creep up your spin knowing that those eyes could only belong to one of four turtles. You wanted to make some snarky remark but didn't dare seeing as how anyone of them could easily kill you. Moving back slightly as the owner of the eyes walked to stand a few feet in front of you. Glaring you stood up facing him swallowing your fear.
Dark Raph walked over looking at you with an interested yet slightly hesitant gaze. He'd never been use to being around beings other then his brothers or Dunn. Sure he had fought with you and the turtles before but that didn't stop him from not being sure how to respond or react around you. You were much smaller than he is and weaker to so he had to make sure to be more gentle if he touched you for any reason. Out of all of his brothers he seemed, dare you think it, the most innocent of them all. He spoke in broken english and didn't seem to understand things as fast. Poor guy. Dunn made him wanting something dumb and strong to control. You had to be careful with your tone and wording around him knowing that if he, like the original, had a temper; and the last thing you wanted was him to get mad. Taking a deep breath you forced the anger to leave physically so you seemed calm not wanting to give him any reason to feel threatened. "Mind telling me why I'm here?" you asked in a soft, gentle tone.
"Dunn wants to see you." he said pausing every now and then to think of which word to say next.
You nodded; made sense. He was evil and trying to destroy everything you knew and held dear in life. But you didn't blame Dark Raph he had no real say in the matter. If he didn't do what he was told or objected he'd probably get hurt. Ok how did one go about doing this? You'd think you'd have been in enough of these situations to understand but no. Not with someone like him. Taking a deep breath you let it out slowly, "I wont hurt you. I kind of can't anyway." you promised.
Hesitantly he took a few more steps towards you watching you every move incase it had been a lie, "How come you so calm?"
"Well if you were going to do me harm you would've done it by now." you explained with a nod watching as he stopped a foot in front of you. He had an all most sad look. Like he was displeased with how his life was turning out.
"Well you managed to do something right." You heard a voice say as foot steps grew louder. Turning you watched as Dunn came closer as Dark Raph backed off a few feet, "Well, well. It's good to see you again (name)."
"Can't say the same Dunn. What do you want?" you asked grinning on the inside at his confused expression of how calm you were.
"Why are you so calm? What your little friends coming? Please, they still think you're on your walk dear." He said with a chuckle as he stood in front of you, "Either way they will find out that you are missing and come looking for you." He was right. They would come looking for you if you weren't home before night fall. Great, you were just bait. You watched holding in a glare as he laughed walking off with a simple, "Have fun being the reason your friends get hurt."
You looked at Dark Raph and tilted your head, "You don't want to do this do you?" you nodded as he shook his head no, "I know you don't have a choose. But if you let me go you can come with me and we can talk to the others."
"No!" he snapped taking you off guard, "You lying."
"Why would I lie? I know that you hate this. You're scared of him. Leo got to your Leo and he's changed you all little by little. If he hadn't you wouldn't have said no to what I just asked." you pointed out and he went silent, "I am very stubborn and I will do everything I can to help them see that if you all had your own free will you wouldn't chose to do this. But you have to trust me. I won't let them hurt you." You promised.
He watched you silently and walked over, "Why you help us?"
"Because this isn't right. You don't deserve to be treated like this. You're not monsters you're living things. You deserve to have your own say in life." Your words seemed to confused him. Obviously no one had told him that before; but it was true.
He looked at you thinking about what you said. Was that true? He and his brothers had all ways been treated like monsters so he didn't understand how you saw them any different. He didn't understand you. Walking closer he reached out and grabbed your arm but made sure not to grab to hard. As much as you wanted to move back you stood your ground; wouldn't help if he thought you were scared of him. Not scared just intimidated who wouldn't be. He was being gentle so that was a good sign you hoped. As much as you wanted to ask him what he planed on doing you just stood there watching him silently not wanting to confuse the poor guy more then he all ready was. What seemed like ten years was only three minutes before he let go of your arm 'accidentally' breaking the chain with a claw as he turned walking off leaving you the confused one.
