max quickly runs into the wheeler's house and tries to calm down before entering the basement, she sits back down next to el like nothing happened, el didn't try to question it as she was scared that max was gonna get mad at her, max looked nervous like something disturbed her in some way, a few minutes later the boys had stopped playing dnd, "should we watch a movie?" mike asked, we all nodded and suggested movies we could watch, of course they all chose horror, I hate horror movies. I was sitting next to max on the couch while everyone else's were sitting in bean bags

I know el hates horror movies but I don't know why those assholes chose that,
In the middle of the movie el clinged onto me, and I blushed, but obviously I looked away, I didn't want her to see that I was blushing. But it feels wrong, I keep blushing at el, I don't know if I have feelings for her, I mean even if I did she wouldn't like me back, she's still with Mike and she still doesn't know what gay people are. Maybe it's best if she doesn't know, the whole movie she was just holding on to me. At the end of the movie I looked at el and she fell asleep while holding on to me, I blushed a lot then hid my face when I saw will looking at both of us, I obviously knew he was smirking

while the others were talking about they're opinion on the movie i looked behind me to check on the girls and saw el sleeping on max, I chuckled and smirked when I saw max look away, she obviously has a crush on el. And in pretty sure by the end of el and I's visit they're somehow gonna end up together although el is with Mike I feel they're not gonna last long because of Mike's stupid action, I mean he's not capable of giving her a proper compliment or telling her he loves her. And honestly if max and el did get together that would mean el would leave Mike, and I could have a chance with him! Well maybe I shouldn't get my hopes too high I mean he hasn't even been a great friend right now, he didn't even try to call or anything. But that's not the point, I'm happy for them

while watching the movie I slowly felt my eyelids get weak, by the time I realized I was already out cold

a few hours later, I woke up, I looked at my watch and saw that it was 3am, I woke up from another nightmare about Billy, I was sweating, it somehow didn't wake eleven, but.. I heard the clock once again, I held on to el tightly trying to fall back asleep, I heard the clock chime twice and then... heard.. Billy?... he was calling out my name "Billy?" i said quietly but not quiet enough for eleven to not hear she woke up "hmm..? Max.. what are you doing up so late?.." el said, I panicked and didnt know what to say "I-i just had a nightmare it's all! Go back to sleep.." el looked confused but decided to talk about it tomorrow as she was tired. El quickly fell back asleep on max while max was still a little disturbed, but she chose to ignore it and shut her eyes. An hour later she fell asleep
