Chapter 2 • settling in

Luisa pov

He grabbed part of my luggage and I took the rest and followed him upstairs. The Hallway we arrived in had like 3 doors on each side and I was curious to find out about them.

He started at the first door on the left, opened it so I could see while already moving on to the next making it obvious he wasn't planning on taking to long to show me around

So..bathroom, here we have my parents room he said pointing at the next door on the left and the last room on this side is mine.

He then went over to the other side across the bathroom

Here is a storage room with mostly cleaning and other not important stuff, then the next one in the middle across my parents room is Fers and here we are this is yours.

He opened the door of the room across his and dropped my belongings and left the room almost as fast as he was in and walked back downstairs since I could hear the footsteps on the stairs. I looked around the room and it was beautiful, navy blue with white and some grey details which i was happy about since blue is my favorite colour.

I unpacked the most important stuff and let myself sink into the mattress of the bed the trip and everything really did tire me out and before I knew it I felt myself slumbel away

(Couple hours later)

The knocking on my door woke me up

You can come in ... the door swung open and Fer ran towards the bed and dived right on top of it next to me.

Hello sleepyhead sorry to disturb your loud snoring or actually I don't.. you could even hear it downstairs he said fake thinking obviously just joking

I don't snore you liar I said and smacked his arm

Ouchh okay okay you didn't but I did wake you for a reason because dinner is ready and we all didn't want you to miss it

Really? all of you?  I asked him lifting one eyebrow because I refuse to believe that Pedri wouldn't want me to miss dinner

Just ignore him he'll come around eventually I'm sure alright ? Fer asked and I hoped that he was right and Pedri will come around with time because this is exactly what I was afraid of and thought he would be like ego wise because he plays football I hope that isn't the case... let's see if I can find that out, maybe it's another reason.

Alright thank you let's go we both got off the bed and quickly made our way over downstairs chatting and joking a bit more until we arrived at the dining table just around the corner near the kitchen. Everyone was already in place and it smelled absolutely amazing and it made me realize how much I was craving it.

I'm Sorry I'm late I fell asleep I apologized politely

That's totally fine we understand come take a seat I made croquettes pedri's favorite Maria said and gave me a sweet smile to show it truly was ok

I looked at the beautiful round dinning table and took the free spot next to Fer and Fernando straight across from Pedri. I loved the fact that they had a round table everyone could sit next to someone and always across from someone and that showed how close they are just a really warm family.

So Luisa how do you find your room? Fernando asked curiously

It's really beautiful blue is actually my favorite colour I really like it I smiled

Aah that's good to hear it's actually pedri's old room it's his favorite colour too we only made some small decoration changes Fernando said and I could see Pedri sucking on the inside of his cheeks.

Hmm so he gave up his room or had to ...

Everyone started to scoop up their plates and passed everything around so all of us had some of everything, in between there were some chatting going on of course about all kinds of stuff. the croquettes were standing near Pedri since he was the last to plate them and I was kind off nervous to ask him to pass them.

Can I have the croquettes please? I asked and Pedri just pretended he didn't hear me and started eating

You're acting like a fucking child bro Fer said and grabbed the croquettes in front of him and handed them to me and I quietly thanked him. Pedri clenched his jaw after the comment his brother made probably not happy Fer called him out and didn't support his behavior.

We all started eating and I could definitely understand why it was pedri's favorite meal it was absolutely delicious. During dinner we chatted some more and talked about everyone's schedules basically everyone had to work.

Pedri what is your planning tomorrow? Maybe you could show Luisa around ? His parents probably asked him so we could spend more time together and hopefully bond a bit more.

I've got training in the morning and after I made plans with the boys... Pedri said thinking he got out of it but instead his father replied perfect that's settled then.. you can either take Luisa to your plans or bring the plans here.

Fine.. make sure you're ready at 12 we're heading to the beach he said getting up about to bring some dishes away to the kitchen since everyone finished their meal

Alright Sure I answered thinking of how that will play out with more of those footballers who might be even bigger brats than him who knows.
