Tip: Guys don't enjoy having their spaces overtaken. There's a reason why the bachelor pad is still around.

Day: Three

"Oh my God!" Niall said while holding up a magazine article. "I can't believe that I said what I did last night. Why the fuck would my drunk conscience decide that screaming 'genuine leather' was okay?"

I shrugged my shoulders. I thought last night had gone well.

"Fuck me. Blood idiot."

I guess not.

"Look at this. Look at this!" He demanded while shoving the magazine article into my face.

I rolled my eyes. "I did already. I was the one that brought it to you, remember?" I said while moving around in the kitchen. I had gone to the store early this morning when I saw the magazine stand. By the time that I was back to my apartment, Niall was waiting on my doorstep.

"Oh yeah." Niall said. "But still, look at this! It's on the front page- I'm going to get so much shit for this!"

I went to shrug my shoulders again for him before my mind kicked in. Him being in trouble for this might actually work to my advantage. What could possibly be a ten day dump could have just transformed into a much sooner one. I doubt any management would want Irish Boy out drunk and yelling at paparazzi and if I caused this behavior in him, well bye-bye me.

Bye-bye me indeed.

"So uh, have you gotten the call yet?" I asked, turning around to look at him. I wanted to see his reaction when I brought up management. I had a sense that he wasn't too keen on them.

Niall looked up from the magazine for like the first time that morning. "What call?"

I shrugged my shoulders while raising my coffee cup to take a sip. Always be the passive aggressive person Allyson. "Management. I figured it was like how it is in the movies."

Niall raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean? How do they act?"

"Well it seems like they know what's going on at every second of their client's life. And when someone 'steps out of line' they automatically get a call about it. It's like the road runner cartoon in some ways." I said while using air quotes.

He let out a laugh. "Nah, it's not really like that. Well, it's not like that for me. It might be for Lou but he's a bit of an ass to them."

"Lou?" I questioned. "I thought your stylist was a girl?"

"Oh yeah, she is." Niall confirmed. "Meant Louis. I keep forgetting that you don't already know about my life." He laughed. "Seems like you're from Antarctica and you just came back and everyone's like changed and stuff."

I gave him a deadpanned look. "That sounds so much like every zombie movie out there. You basically just explained the intro."

Niall laughed while shaking my response off. "Nah, but seriously it is a bit odd."

I nodded. I imagine that it actually was. The first time that I tried speaking about his band, I got the wrong name. And then called all of his band mates inaccurate names. I was a mess.

"I think I'm just going to start calling people by numbers." I semi-joked. Honestly, that would fix a lot of my problems.

I'm an accountant. Numbers are my homies.

"So what number would I be?" Niall asked while slightly joking. Honestly, I was just glad that he had put the magazine down. The front cover was covered with pictures of us from last night and while Niall looked absolutely amazing while drunk, I couldn't even pull of the sober look. Lord have mercy on us all.
