Chapter 18: Dragon Invasion

"Hurry get them to a safe place," Sting loudly said as I ran with some children.

Sting fought the dragon to give us time to escape. After finding a safe place, I left the children to help Sting.

When I got there Sting was having a hard time. Then some baby dragons appeared around him cornering him.

"White Lightning Strike!!"

Sting looked at me worried as I approached him.

"Why are you here?" he asked me as her faught some baby dragons.

"I'm here to save whyelse," I said then he pushed me, we roll on the ground.

He was on top of me and he was staring at my eyes.

Suddenly, I noticed the building behind us collapsing. I kicked him out of the way and the building collapse on top of me. Then lots of baby dragons and the dragon came running surrounding us.

"Vivi!!!" he yelled.

"Aim for the main dragon!" I yelled at him.

"But..."

"Forget about me, I can handle myself," I said then smiled at him assuring I'm okay.

I can see him trying his hard not to cry.

"No...I would not allow myself to do the same mistake over again!!" he yelled then ran up to me.

He was about one meter away when a ray of light hit him and he vanished.

"Sting..." I said and closed my eyes.

Suddenly I felt my body rolled on the ground.

"Didn't this happen earlier?" I thought.

When we stop Sting was on top of me but instead of looking at me he quickly got up. He pulled to me back on my tracks.

As I got up he suddenly pushed me as a building behind us collapsed crushing him.

"Sting!!" I yelled and ran up to him. I tried pulling him out but his feet is stuck.

"Leave me here Vivi. I'll be fine," he said.

"No!!no!!no!!" I said as my eyes started to tear up.

"I'll be fine Viv," I heard a little voice from Natsu.

Why am I out of magic?

Why now?

Please I don't want him to die just yet.

Please help me, somebody, Natsu, Eliot?

"It's okay. I'm gonna be fine. Go save yourself," Sting said calmly.

Hearing his voice made my body weakened as I fell on the ground and started to let my tears flow.

He held my hands and kissed it, then he looked at me.

"Please save yourself for me, don't be so selfless," Sting uttered.

Those words.

Haven't I heard this before?

Flashback

Going back to the village was a big mistake.

I wish we didn't go back.

"Natsu!!" I yelled.

Everywhere around us is burning. A dragon had attacked our village.

Natsu and I were running when suddenly Natsu pushed me hard causing me to fall on the ground few meters far from him.
