Paige's pov

I'm sitting on Azzi's bed waiting for her to get out of the shower. She told me to go to her room after I showered. I think she justs wants to hang out and talk or something. We usually hang out before bed but this past couple of weeks we haven't since she's been more distant. After 20ish minutes of scrolling on tik tok waiting for Azzi, she finally gets out of the shower. She comes in her room in only a towel, catching me by surprise. I looked away and she finally noticed me awkwardly staring at the ceiling. 

"OH! Sorry I didn't hear you come in. I'll just grab my clothes and go back to the bathroom."

"Oh no It's okay I'll go to the living room so you can change."

"Oh okay thank you. I'll be out in a minute."

I get up and start walking towards her door making sure I don't look in her direction. I guess I was too focused on not looking at her that I forgot to make sure I didn't run into her while leaving. I ran into her and she accidentally dropped her towel. I immediately say sorry and look at her out of habit. Wowza!! I couldn't help myself from looking. After a long 10 seconds I snapped out of it and bent over to grab her towel so she didn't have to. I tell her I'm sorry again and basically bolted out of her room. Golly, her body's perfect too?!?! She is literally perfect in everyway, no wonder she's a princess.

Azzi's pov

Oh my heck I cannot believe that just happened. Paige Bueckers just saw me butt ass naked. That was so embarrassing, how am I supposed to go out there and act normal after that. I'm definitely going to have to talk about this in therapy this week.  I feel like I'm going to barf. I put on some clothes and build up my confidence to go out there after what had just happened. She already saw me completely naked, there's no more ways I can surprise her after that. I finally leave my room and find Paige scrolling on tik tok. I take a deep breath and go to sit next to her. She puts her phone down and looks at me. My heart starts beating faster and faster as I get butterflies in my stomach. She finally breaks the awkward silence and says,

"So, good game today huh?"

"Yeah, you did amazing. I can't even tell you got injured."

Paige laughed and looked down at her hands smiling. Oh my gosh is she blushing???? Nah she's probably just flustered by the compliment, right?

"Thank you."

"Yeah, I have a surprise for you, wanna see?"

"Ummm yeah? Does this surprise have anything to do with you being late earlier?"

"Hmmm possibly."

I get up and start walking to my room where I left her present. I grab it out of my closet and see Paige standing behind me. I didn't realize she followed me.

"OH MY GOD YOU DIDN'T!!"

"I sure did."

"AHHHH NO WAY YOU GOT ME THE TITANIC LEGO SET!! HOW'D YOU KNOW I WANTED THIS ONE?!?!?!"
